Noreen helped me most recently, and she was very kind and knowledgeable.
If you want a good experience, I'd say this is a good place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished renewing my Autoplan through Murrick whom I've been going to for my ICBC insurance needs for many years. Noreen was very efficient, polite, and answered all my questions for the renew-by-email option to eliminate need to be present at physical office location. The entire process took about 10 minutes.
She also informed me that ICBC will not penalize drivers who have renewed insurance but have not yet received the new decal which is sent by mail. Fabulous service, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here getting my car ownership transferred, registered from out of province, and insured. Agent was very patient and willing to explore all the options I had to get the set of options that made the most sense for me. Can't blame them for ICBC pricing, but they did their best to help me get the best thing I could, which was greatly appreciated.

This especially makes a difference when one sheds a tear in his eye whilst selling a family car that's been with you for a long time. Would recommend this business for all ICBC services.

Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Have been using them for the past several years and will continue to do so, even though I've moved out of the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in the West End for years, and walked past Murrick Insurance in the Denman Mall hundreds of times. Today I stopped in to see if I could renew my ICBC Vehicle Insurance at their office, and I am really glad I did.
The Agent, Noreen Khan pointed out how I could save hundreds of dollars, and still end up with replacement cost insurance on my vehicle for two years longer than it would have been available through ICBC.
She was not only very knowledgeable and professional; but friendly, personable and just a real pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her and Murrick Insurance Services. My Contents Insurance isn't coming due for renewal until the Spring; but I've already put a note in my calendar to pay Noreen a visit at renewal time since I'm sure she will be able to find me a better deal then I currently have.
