★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding first class service. I've always made a special trip to renew each year. The father has retired and Richard, the son, has assumed operations. He too wants a break and thus has transferred or sold interest in the business to another capable party. One of the new staff was there on my most recent visit. Off to a great start. I'll miss the 'old guard' and embrace the new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I went there, I was at another insurance "outlet" in the Denman Mall where I was challenged on why I needed a statement that broke down the different parts of the premium (pro-rating main part on personal/business mileage, license fee and business extra). "Do you do your own income tax declaration?" they asked me. Yes, I replied and they decided I was wrong before even giving me the time to add that I based it on the professional work that cost me over $500.00 a few years ago.
In comparison, here, not only have they given me what I wanted, in a better format then before, but they also took the time to learn how to put the "é" in both my first and last name! Superb customer service!
