★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my mom to get her brows done by Mei. My mom was super nervous as she’s had bad experiences before but, Mei was super professional, understanding and patient. She explained every little thing to my mom and reassured her so my mom left with a really positive mindset. The studio was also very clean which was great! The brows are amazing and I will be posting a picture once they’re healed. Will definitely recommend to others and keep coming back! (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mei is very professional, she is extremely skillful and very good at what she is doing. She designed my brows very nicely and they looks very natural. Many brows professional know how to ombre brow. But not everyone understand facial structure and Mei does!!! She also pick the right colour that match my skin tone. I am very happy with the services. I am very lucky to find the right person to do my brows. Worth waiting 4 months for my appointment! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got ombre powder brows/microshading done for the very first time in April 2021 by Mei and I had an amazing experience. I was initially nervous as this was my first time having semi-permanent makeup done, but Mei assured me each step of the way. She dedicated time towards precisely mapping out the perfect brow shape for me, formulating a brow colour that perfectly matches my natural hair colour, and just thoroughly explaining each step of the process to me. She was great at addressing any concerns I had and maintained great communication throughout my entire brow journey from my very first appointment, during the healing process, to my touch up, and even now almost a year later for brow reassessments. Mei is a super kind, professional, and detail-oriented person, and her work is very precise, clean, and just beautiful. My brows have never looked better! The ombre effect is so seamless and well blended, and the shape and colour are flawless. My brows are always a subject of discussion now since getting them done. I whole heartedly trust Mei with my brows and highly recommend her services. Super happy with results, recovery process was easy, any question I had answered fast. I recently had permanent eyeliner done by Mei, and she was the most warmest, talented and professional artist I have ever met. She's very genuine and has true passion in her artistry, which is so important and is reflected in her work.
Mei's also very detailed & skilled, which made me feel at ease (even during covid). The healed results of my eyeliner was amazing. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Eyebrow Corrections done by Sarah and I couldn’t be more pleased. She did an amazing job with colors, shapes, lines and shadows! She did so well and very calm since my old eyebrow is so complicated and I am very happy with both the transformation of my eyebrow and the experience itself. I cant wait to see my eyebrow transformation result. I would go here again without hesitation and it's highly recommended. Their process, hygiene and atmosphere are clean and well organized. My brows were originally purple, red, grey after getting it done with another artist so I inquired to do an eyebrow corrective work. Not only was Mei super warming and kind, she exudes confidence and assurance to her clients which made me feel at ease that my brows are in good hands. I am super grateful I got it done from her, she truly is very talented in her work and you can tell she puts in a lot of effort, and detail to ensure you walk confidently out of the studio with some amazing brows. She is so genuine, transparent, professional, and the list could go on to be honest. I highly recommend her services, you definitely wont regret it!!
