I loved shooting my maternity photos with Julia! She made me feel super confident and comfortable. Her studio is absolutely gorgeous and she has an insane wardrobe to choose from so you literally don't need to pack anything! I highly recommend her for maternity photos!

If you're looking for a photographer that captures beautiful candid photos, works well with young children, and is organized I highly recommend working with Julia. I booked a last-minute outdoor family photo session during the fall season. The morning-of, she sent us a message to let us know that she needed to change the location because all the golden leaves have already fallen in that area. However, she was already prepared with another location nearby (just as beautiful!) and provided clear directions on where to meet. Also, throughout our session, she was always quick to notice the finer details, i.e. when we had a hair tie on our wrist, shirts becoming untucked, etc. These are little things but it made the experience enjoyable. Overall, with a toddler always on the run, we were really hesitant if we'd have any decent photos. In the end, we were amazed. Julia captured some of the most beautiful moments of our family, and we're really pleased with them. Thank you, Julia!

I’ve done 3 sessions with Julia: outside maternity, family at home, and motherhood portrait at the studio. Every single session was such an amazing experience. She is simply outstanding!! So talented, professional, an incredible artist and kind-hearted! I usually feel uneasy in front of the camera. However, Julia provides you with directions, making the whole experience feel so comfortable and natural. Her photography style is so dreamy and full of light! I absolutely love the photographs and am so grateful to Julia for capturing these precious memories for us!

From start to finish, I absolutely loved my experience with Julia. She immediately made you feel comfortable as soon as you walked in the studio and took so well to my little boy (he was 3 months at the time). Her shoot props were gorgeous and I really appreciated the selection of beautiful and stylish gowns for both maternity and post-maternity shoots for moms. She even had a few props for baby too. This is a huge help, many times we shy away from photo sessions because we don't like our bodies, or have nothing to wear and don't want to go through the trouble of buying something - she has it all covered! She also has an amazing and talented makeup artist who makes you feel like a queen! When we received the photos (very quickly I might add) we were blown away by the quality. They were crisp, bright and airy. I also love how she captured the candid moments of us too. I can't stress this enough, taking photos WITH your baby or family is something everyone needs. I can't say enough about our experience with Julia. After researching a number of photographers, we fell in love with Juilia's photos and scheduled a newborn session with her when our son was born in October. As a new mother, the experience was wonderful. Julia was really accommodating to find a date and time that would work for us. My hair, makeup and wardrobe was organized by Julia (her dress closet is amazing) which made the process so easy. Given that our session was during Covid-19, I felt safe in Julia's studio and that all precautions were taken. She kept the studio warm and cozy for our son and was so patient working with him. Everything about our experience was first rate. Julia was so professional and thoughtful from the start to end of the process  - she even personally delivered our album so we would have it for Christmas. We are thrilled with the pictures and the album we ordered. They turned out gorgeous and are so precious to commemorate this special time in our lives. Thank you Julia! I've always shied away from maternity and newborn photo sessions because who feels glamourous either in their third trimester or weeks postpartum? Plus, who has the energy? As I closed in on my third and final pregnancy, and it was a twin pregnancy at that, I gave the maternity photo session serious consideration and came across Julia's portfolio online. The photos were stunning and she provided hair, makeup and wardrobe on top of that. All I had to do was show up and try to wrangle my toddler and preschooler. The session was so effortless and she was so accommodating with me being huge and uncomfortable in the summer and my kids while capturing the moments, that I decided to book the newborn session on the spot. After I was glammed up with hair and makeup, Julia was the consummate professional and set up a truly beautiful and breathtaking session. When my children arrived the first thing my 20 month old daughter said was "ooh Mama, you look beautiful!" I came away from both sessions with a truly beautiful photobook. I rarely print off pictures these days, but once I got these books in my hands they really did seal the whole experience and made it all the more special. I cherish these books and know that they will become family heirlooms. Julia has such an artistry in putting the photos together that I could never do it justice by printing the photos in an album through an online service. Do yourself a favour and invest in the photo book. I guarantee you that you won't regret. I'm a year post my last experience and have absolutely no regrets in my investment. I only wish I had gotten two books because I know in the years to come my twins will be fighting over who gets to keep the book. An added bonus is that her husband, Anton, is a skilled videographer and his works is poetry in motion. His montages of the session are like old Hollywood glamour.

Julia is an incredible photographer and such a nice person. I can’t recommend her enough! I’m so glad I booked with her for my maternity and newborn baby photos. She makes the entire experience such a treat and takes the stress out of planning professionals photos. I loved her dreamy maternity wardrobe and really appreciated the in-studio makeup and hair. It was exactly what a new mama needs; I was able to hold and nurse my newborn baby while Janet worked her magic. I was so pleased with Janet’s beautiful and natural styling. Julia gives wonderful guidance and made me feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. The experience was so much fun and it shows in the sweet moments she captured. I will forever treasure our gallery and especially love my keepsake box with matted prints. I can’t wait to book with her again in the future!

We cannot recommend Julia Park enough - from our maternity to our newborn shoot the experience was so memorable. She made us feel so comfortable, and we are not picture people. On top of it, having a beautiful wardrobe available for all sizes made it even easier especially with my pregnancy and post partum body. We received the photos quickly, loved every single one of them which made it hard to choose which ones to frame. The best part was Julia was fantastic with our newborn daughter, capturing those precious newborn moments that goes by too quickly. Thank you Julia!
