★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just care about money and they didn’t accept me because I wanted a massage of 30 minutes instead of one hour. They said that it was a waste of time for them because they were going to earn less money! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! If you don’t want to do massage of 30 minutes don’t offer it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Groupon for arms waxing. I cannot comment on the other services they offer (massages, reflexology, etc.) but the waxing was not very good. The girl was nice and friendly but the place was just not very clean (she was double-dipping the spatula in the wax pot which is a big no-no in terms of cleanliness) and it took a long time to do my arms (about 1h) whereas usually it's about 15-25 minutes to do a arms waxing. Aside from the unusual long time to do the waxing, you could also easily tell that the girl was not very comfortable doing it just by how she was holding the spatula, putting the wax on my skin, etc. She even dropped some wax on my pants. I had read the reviews before buying the Groupon and the reviews for their massage/reflexology services were good, but given my waxing experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for waxing because of the hygiene (double-dipping) and the fact that it took a long time and it didn't felt as if the girl was a beautician who did a lot of this. The place is conveniently located though (College metro), and the people there seem very nice, so maybe it's a good spot for other services, but I wouldn't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a hot stone massage here and it was amazing. I went in with so much tension and stomach pain and it dissolved throughout the massage. Would definitely go back and tell all my friends about this place. Great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiffany is the most professional person ever. Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Her staff is licensed and trained. I had back pain and sciatica with chronic pain, I went there for massage, cupping and acupuncture. I am feeling much better than before.
The Place is clean, well organised and connected to the college subway station. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best massage place that i know in Canada. After the massage, my arm feels much better, i can move to the point that usually i cannot reach. When they do the massage, i feel pain in some point. However, i feel relieve afterwards. Definitely will book the massage again.
