★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a box through Uber eats. KFC called 40 minutes later and told me they were out of plant-based popcorn chicken and said they would replace it with a salad. I did not feel that was comparable. I asked them what else they could replace it with and he replied "nothing". I asked him to just cancel my order but he said he couldn't. I've tried to call back multiple times but they simply don't answer now. I have had to go through Uber eats customer service to get it cancelled.
What an absolute travesty of customer service. I will never order again from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved in Toronto. Today, I came to that kfc for first time and I felt amazing. It was Tuesday and kfc was very busy but the cashier lady treated me with a smile. They treated all the customers very well. I ordered Tuesday special and the chicken was very tasty. I just love the chicken ❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE HEALTH HAZARD. both burgers came RAW. Do not order from here. Employees should get fired. We could have got poisoned and died because of this. I will be reporting this KFC to inspectors of Health Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer and I did think everything was good, don’t mind other negative reviews here. Today there was just a very small mistake that a cashier accidentally ordered a food which is below the one I pointed out on the coupon. It was such a small thing, but I did notice the price didn’t look correct. I asked her before paying but she told me everything looked ok. I asked her twice because some KFC would not provide the “Famous Chicken sandwich.” Perhaps if I didn’t see her madness after I point out this issue, I wouldn’t ask for a refund. I said sorry we had an misunderstanding so I would get a chicken bucket which I didn’t want. But she just angrily replied: “It was your misunderstanding! I’m understanding!…” To be honest, I don’t see a reason for me to bother such a nice lady who I didn’t even know here, I just want her to think it might be possible she made a small mistake when hearing my order or looking at the item I pointed out. Seeing her anger doesn’t make me feel better at all. I just wanna tell you an idea that it’s not a shame to admit a mistake by an inefficient conversation, we could just communicate again and make it better together. It’s good for you and me.
