โ โ โ โ โ The place is a complex of several buildings, facilities, and stores. Multiple residential buildings on Bay street plus 700 Bay that hosts stores and food courts like Metro Supermarket, Starbucks, Taco bell, Rexdall Pharmacy, fitness centre, LCBO, Ontario Services Center, and several other stores. The good size park is on the back side center between all the buildings.

โ โ โ โ โ College Park is as usual a very busy Mall and the park outside has a very nice ice skating rink. Wonderful place to live for people in this neighborhood. Good food for lunch or dinner and you find everything here, plus friendly people here at College Park Mall!

โ โ โ โ โ This location is mobility accessible. The location has both escalators and elevators. Frequently there are issues with the escalators. There are a few fast food restaurants here along with a Winner's and Metro grocery store. There is also a hair salon, dentist office, jewellery store Bell phone store, massage location, The Brick furniture store, a blind/curtain store and Planet Fitness. The building is also connected to the Metro subway station and will be undergoing extensive reno to add an additional corridor leading to the subway along with a new platform, making the subway stop mobility accessible.

โ โ โ โ โ It's under construction ? yet it's a nice place to take a break while shopping. You can grab your favorite coffee and sit at a bank for a while. It's fall now, so the view is marvelous, different colors of leaves make the scene. Enjoy!

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to stop for lunch or to sit and rest if you are walking near this area. There are several picnic tables, it is quiet, and there is a nice view of the surrounding buildings. There are several good take-out options within a few blocks. There is also skating nearby in the winter.

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs not too big but it has a lot of useful stores inside such as metro, winner, Starbucks, kfc. Itโs good enough for residents who are living around college station. The interior design is nice, old and modern mixed style. You can get the subway from inside the mall as well
