★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I meant steak and they put beef now ive done this one other time in the past but being steak is beef its an honest mistake. I fuss was made about it. Im a regular here but realized my only mistake was ever tipping these people. My tips over time have equated to more then just taking the beef off and replacing it wit steak. People really have no self awareness these days. Im done tipping at this place. Entitled much?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I visited this location at 10:44 P.M. and informed them that I was here for a pick-up order. An employee named "AKASH" took my call and informed me that my order had been successfully placed 45 minutes PRIOR; however, when I entered the restaurant they told me that my food was still going to be be made. I am definitely not going to order from this location in the future.

Would recommend the store manager to pay attention towards Quality of food. Sorry but it is just simply bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came yesterday night with my family, the girl who serves us was so helpful and kind and she helped us with all the toppings while making our bowl and burritos. The restaurant was so cleaned and the staff was really polite, We were really happy with the service and surely come back soon!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an awful experience here. I never write reviews usually but this time i had to cuz the burritos we got from here were just awful..The quantity and quality isn’t worth it.
1. The wrap tortilla’s were super dry.
2. Rice were hard as rock (not edible) you basically need steel teeth to chew em.
3. The quantity as compared to other locations was really less.
4. The veggies were not at all cooked, half cooked. I felt like i was eating raw veggies.
Overall experience- I wouldn’t ever go to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first experience with Mucho Burrito anywhere, and my wife and I were quite pleased with the food! We ordered to-go, a regular chicken burrito and a bowl, both with chips and salsa. I'm thankful I didn't get the 'Mucho' size because I found the Regular size to be filling on its own (and I'm a bigger guy). My wife found her bowl to be satisfying and refreshing.
Though we ordered takeout, the restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. Great first experience with this chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a bad meal here, ever. The real treat is the portion served is adult sized. There is nothing more disappointing than being hungry after you eat a meal that you have spent the better part of $20 on. This won't happen here. Vegetarian options are a real option tasty and makes for an overall pretty healthy meal. The quality and quantity of the many ingredients offered will mean you can dine here often and never have the same thing twice. They offer more than just burritos and have a full spectrum of hot sauces. To wash it all done a limited selection of bottled beer is available. Fresh,healthy,variety and realistically priced food should keep this oasis around for as long as they want to be. Post Covid I could see a larger space requirement. Good luck and Good fortune in 2022 to Mucho Burrito! I think I'm gonna go and create a burritos right now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portions are horrible (see attached pics). It’s half what it used to be. There was a time I could barely finish half a regular burrito but now I can easily eat 2 off these. This location needs to be audited by corporate. Never going here again
