j	janine langford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like cleanliness do not stay here! There are some positive aspects, but the cleanliness is so bad it overshadows anything good. The refrigerator was so disgusting we couldn’t use it until we asked that the shelves at least be cleaned, the microwave has not been cleaned for probably a month. This place from the outside looked pretty bad, it is not kept up, and the inside from a distance looked good as did in the pictures online, but not cleaned well at all. We cleaned up after ourselves and had to clean any surface we used first. We will never stay here again. Clearly they are doing the minimal, or someone is overwhelmed with this large place. There is no excuse for this when people are paying good money to stay here, and we were only in one of the bedrooms, of the three rooms being used in the entire villa.
R	River Club on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cozy, clean, very spacious house near port. Less than 10 minutes drive to the ferry terminal. 3 mins to tsawwassen mall. wonderful stay, highly recommend .

It was very cozy, roomy, and quiet when we were there, but it seemed like upkeep was left up to the guests, not the staff, as the kitchen was dirty, and there was no coffee in the morning (while I was fine with brewing my own pot, the only coffee maker I could find was dirty and worn out). Overall though it was pretty clean and nice, feels more like a house than a hotel. Biggest gripe is the fact that the bathrooms are communal and there is no lock on the door. I think this is normal though for this type of facility. Also parking seems pretty limited.
S	Shashank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bang for the buck! Amazing place to stay for short or long term. I booked the place with airbnb and it was a pleasant experience staying there. The house keeper Ted is very helpful and very accommodating. I would definitely be booking this again.

S	Sharon Radder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name Muchen means "morning farm", according to our host Ted. The property is an old farm being developed as an inn, and is stunning: so much charm and beauty. Ted was accomodating and helpful, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. We were coming from the ferry late and were tired. Muchen Villa is in the middle of the country and the signs are not easy to see in the dark. Pulling in to the yard was disconcerting as we weren't sure what to expect. The lighting and directions could have been clearer, and the main entry should be better lit and marked. Once we were settled it made more sense ?
