★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I spent Christmas at Avalon, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the house, and location. The house is spacious and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as it has all new appliances and is well appointed with plenty of cooking supplies. It is very comfortable and decorated very warmly. It was great to be within walking distance to the beautiful downtown area of Queen Street, restaurants, and great shops. Hoping to return this summer! Kerri and Angelo are great hosts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome time in NOTL! The Amberley House was absolutely perfect for 5 girls on our getaway. Each with our own bedroom - all the beds are very comfortable - and a large gathering area to spend time together, and a well stocked kitchen large enough for all to participate in meal prep. We all enjoyed sipping wine by the heated pool. And the gardens are gorgeous - and seemed to change every day.
Kerri and Angelo (and daughter Sophia) are wonderful hosts. We were afforded complete privacy, but they were responsive to every need. I cannot think of a single thing to complain about. Would definitely stay again at one of Kerri and Angelo's houses. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a BEAUTIFUL property! The indoor space is true to the pictures with a fully equipped kitchen. Beds are so comfortable, it's a home away from home!
The pool was perfect for us to relax and catch up with friends,you would never think you have neighbours on either side. Extremely private area with high fence.
Great location in a quaint but quiet community!
The host (Kerri) was prompt with responses , very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with my family for a weekend in December at Avalon and had a great time. The house is beautiful and was decorated for Christmas which made it lots of fun. The house is super cozy at Christmas, but would be very comfortable any time of year. The house has everything you’d need, is very well kept, clean and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. The house is on a beautiful street that is just around the corner from the Main Street of NOTL. We plan to come back to Avalon in the summer to enjoy the pool, and we’d highly recommended it to anyone looking for the perfect place in NOTL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a wonderful getaway at Kerri and Angelo's Avalon home this covid summer. We were 2 families which included 9 people and had plenty of space in this cozy 200 year old home with so much character. we enjoyed the private outdoor heated pool . The main street was just 1 block away,and there were many other outdoor activities such as kayaking, golf and bike path nearby. Kerri and Angelo were very responsive to any questions and gave great recommendations! Thank you so much! We would definitely go back another time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented Kerri and Angelo’s house for a friends reunion of 4 couples. Communication with Keri and Angelo was always prompt and friendly. We had a fantastic time at this house rental.
Everything was extremely clean and ready for our arrival. It is very nicely decorated, with large bedrooms, very comfortable beds, with washrooms for everyone. There is plenty of space to sit and talk or play games / watch sports on tv or just chill out on the couches or read a book on the balcony off one of the master bedrooms.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The back yard is spacious and very well furnished with lawn furniture, a bbq and was fantastic to sit and relax in the shade or sun or play bocci ball, with plenty of parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and a 5 minute walk to the main core of NOTL. (This time of year the pool was closed for the season.)
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, it is a rare gem in a sea of options, we plan to go back.
We highly recommend this rental.

This fantastic home features four bedrooms and bathrooms, a full size heated pool and enough room and charm to ensure you and your guests are well pampered. What is even more impressive than the home is the owners. Very accommodating and eager to ensure your stay is 5 star. Great location, wonderful accommodation - historic setting. Make sure you check this home out if you are coming to enjoy Niagara on the Lake! We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic time at Avalon. The perfect NOTL getaway for our family reunion. The house was perfect and we didn’t need a thing beside our food and drinks. We walked everywhere as everything was within 5 minutes of the house. Kerri and Angelo are well seasoned, wonderful hosts and we cannot wait to return next fall. If you are looking for the perfect home in NOTL with character and old world charm, this is it.
