★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid these guys. They made a mistake with my report ( I ahd to pay extra $1000 to CRA ) and when I called and asked to fix Rob never got back to me. I made several attempts to contacts to no avail.
The following year I have hired another accountant who have pointed out few things that were done in a way that does not may sense and does not follow CRA guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crazy story - Mr Taxes sent my invoice to a collection agency instead of directly to me. I was aware I owed him money for some work he did however, there was more work to be done and I was under the impression we were still working together. After the collection agency contacted me I assumed it was a mistake (especially considering the dollar amount in collection was way above our agreement).
I made several attempts to contact Robert by phone, email and Facebook and he did not respond to any of my calls or messages. I now have a dent in my credit report due to the situation. I have no idea why he did what he did however, I would highly recommend against working with Robert Stone or his organization. Not to mention, Robert delete my last review which was written here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob made a very good impression to me on the phone when I contacted his firm for income tax return preparation. However after sending all my files online to the firm I never heard back from them. I called and sent messages with no reaction at all. This is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.
But I still have to thank this firm for their incompetence.
After 2 months of waiting I hired another local firm which was so impressed with my organizational ability to file all my docs online instead of dumping all the papers on their desk that they offered me a position as an associate in their Practise. So, thank you Rob and the Team for ignoring my income tax return!

GARBAGE, I would literally use anybody but this guy. Thank for not getting back to me after 3 months of calls and msgs.
