After having dealt with 3 other roofing companies and them failing to show up, taking a deposit then closing their business with no notice or work done and no return on our deposit I was frustrated to say the least. Mark and his team have not only got the job done, they were extremely personable, honest and guided us through the process showing us the damage, indicating the work required and keeping us up to date on the work time. Excellent service, friendly and patient. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. We will be having them do more home projects in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I was excited to have work completed by this company. That quickly turned to just wanting them out of my house. I hired them to remove popcorn ceilings from 3 rooms, paint my entire main floor and replace an exterior door. 1 word sums up all the work: sloppy. The painting is awful. Towel bars not removed and just painted around, nail holes not filled and painted over, 3M hooks and adhesive not removed, just painted over. The ceiling and walls have bits of roller stuck in them. The exterior door has a small gap at the bottom and there are gouges in the drywall where the framing is. I wasn’t impressed with their using of my $800 Dyson to clean up their debris, multiple times. Alcohol was also missing from my fridge. Bottom line, I’ll never use, nor recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not do our due diligence and hired the 1st contractor we found by mistake. Everything they did was wrong and violated various codes. So we posted a request looking for a licensed contractor on a Facebook group and this company came to us highly recommended by many people and was the 1st call me and my husband made.
Mark came out to our house that same day to scope the required work and provided the estimate the next afternoon.
After comparing with a few local contractors, we decided to hire MREL construction and Marks team - best decision we made this year.
Mark’s team is very professional and patient. They did an amazing job.Everything is done perfectly and up to code. My husband and I could not be more happy with what they have done for us.
I strongly recommend to call this company if you have any renovation or construction related needs. You won't be disappointed.
