★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 140.00 worth of pizza on a Saturday night. Specifically asked for plates sin e they were delivering to a motel. When the driver arrived with no plates we asked him and he said to call back in and let them know. Why should I have to wait for plates while the food gets cold? If I hadn't already paid him I would have sent it all back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend the Arnprior Milanos at all. Milanos food is good at other locations so I thought I would try their Arnprior location since I was working close by and wanted to treat myself before getting laid off for winter, what a mistake that was. As I was walking back to the truck the paper bag ripped and the styrofoam container that my food was in opened when it hit the ground and all my food was ruined before I could even try it. After looking at the bag I could see it was a clean cut from a knife or something and not a tear. Called and the guy that answered the phone was very rude and not helpfull at all. There are many other food options in Arnprior who's owners actually care about their customers and appreciate their business.

Of our order is usually missing ! It’s frustrating! The food is good just deli every is poor ! We wait always min 1.5 hours for delivery !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new resident of Arnprior and my son saw the FREE DELIVERY IN TOWN sign on his school bus ride and insisted we order pizza. The pizza is good, I can tell it is homemade and I like that, the cheese is chewy and there is lots of it without ordering extra. Meatballs are the best topping I've had so far. They offer free drinks with a pizza order which is honestly the best. And I can tell you I'll never eat mozzarella sticks again after eating their fried cheese curds. I don't order subs or wraps or pasta or other apps because that isn't my preference but I have ordered fries and poutine for delivery and both came hot. My favourite thing beside the food quality is that the food always arrives hot! I am happy to wait the typical hour for delivery at mealtimes, it comes much faster at odd times during the day (lunch and before supper times). Remember to tip your delivery person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ typically service here has been decent. Today though it took practically 2 hrs to get a small pizza and a small side delivered and im in town!! At time of order she said 1 hr as they are super busy, sure no problem I can understand that but 2 hrs is just silly. On top of the wait the driver managed to drop the side as he walked up. Poorly done today folks?
