Champion Pizza

Worst “restorant”ever. So dirty,bugs,spiders all kinds of insects flying around. No a/c during summer! Worst waitress that i have seen in my life. Also the cook. We ordered something and they gave us completely wrong pizza and when we asked for another one it was half baked. Waitress always rude,mad,mean. If you ask her anything even for ketchup she will get mad turn around and start talking and cursing. Once she even throw herself on the chair close to where we were sitting because of the wrong order they give us. I really think that this place should be on the tv. Lol

last night was our first time we went to this restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the exceptional cuisine and wine and with the modest pay. We will definitely return there again.

The Champion pizza is 9 mins away from our location, was told they did not deliver in our sector and that I should call the Montreal Nord location. Called the Montreal Nord location and they said it wasn't them as well. Called back the St-Jean Baptiste location and tried to explain that we have over 150 employees that usually call their location and the receptionists response was sorry our delivery driver said he doesn't go in that area and she added go buy pizza elsewhere! Great service! I'sure the owner would love to know how much business he just lost! Will adivse employees to buy elsewhere!

Really unacceptable service. We called and placed our order (Feb 14, 2020). One hour and twenty mins later we called to follow up on our order and the woman (Mary) told us that all the orders left. Had I not asked her how long ago the order left, I would have hung up and waited even longer for nothing. She went to ask how long ago the order left for my address and I could hear her ask, did you call her. She comes back on the phone and asks me if anyone called me. I tell her no and asked her "call me for what". Looks like they don't deliver to my address, even though their restaurant is in the flyer delivered to my door! The reasons I got for why no one bothered to call back and let us know that they would not be preparing our order was because they were low staff, the girl in the front was new (Sylvie) and didn't know she had to call back, we have four phone lines and they are really busy. This is really unacceptable. We had to call the following day to speak to someone in charge, which was Bedran. She gave the same excuses about the girl being in training and about the phones being busy that they could not call out. She did not expect her employees to use their cell phones to call a client to let them know this. She said had she been there, she would have called but looks like if she is not there, no one at this establishment is capable of finding a way to call back a client and this does not seem to be a concern of hers (the owner). If this person is new and in training, I understand if she doesn't recognize addresses, but when they decided that they were not going to fulfil the order, there had to be one person capable enough or left in charge to realize that there were people sitting there waiting for this order?!?? Just so unbelievable! The worst part of it all was that all we got were excuses. No resolutions or offers to make up for their lack in judgement. You know what might have been a good thing to offer : we are really sorry for the inconvenience and bad judgement but if you are willing to come pick it up, we can prepare it right away and we can offer it at a discount or FREE at this point. Something! Customer service training can benefit all in this establishment, including the owner! I'm not surprised that they have a rating of 2.8. Too bad the flyer doesn't show you their rating. Smh

Don't order over here ! I order in advance & when i came into the resraurant ive never saw so much bugs flying everywhere , I told the girl I wanna cancel my order because of that & she told me the bugs don't go in the kitchen ... The cooker in the back was sweating & no mask on talking while making pizza , his OWN HAND was trying to push the bugs away ... ANYWAYZ I WARN YALL

Unfortunately we probably won't be ordering from them again. I used their online ordering form on their website and ordered 2 pizzas and a fried chicken combo. They forgot about the chicken the first time they delivered and had to come back a second time. Everyone makes mistakes, I understand. But it took another hour for the rest of my order to arrive. A little embarrassing when you have guests. As for the food; everything was decent.

The pizza here is first rate. The crust has a nice stretchy texture and the pizza sauce is delicious. I ordered 2 Quebecoise pizzas. They had pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms and a good layer of cheese. This pizzeria uses mini-strips of side-bacon which made the pizzas particularly savory. Unfortunately I am not a big fan of the pepperoni. The texture was mushy and the flavor could have been more spicy. Rest assured that overall the pizzas were great. I should also mention that the staff were friendly.
