★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Mr. ZAGROS with my family of 3 since it opened in 2014 in Vaughan.I remember it started with a family of 4 working day and night .Even though you franchised, the quality of the food and services continues to be outstanding. It has become my favourite place to dine. When family comes down to visit I make sure to take them to my favourite spot and it become their favourite gem too.

I got the shawarma plate. The meat was tasty but the portion size was not so much. Was a lot of salad/coleslaw compared to the meat and rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was excited to try out this place, as I have never been. Ready to order, the man says he’s out of chicken, when I can clearly see there is chicken rotating on the vertical grill. Was to stunned to speak, waiting for him to offer substitute to the aforementioned chicken rotating on the vertical grill. And proceeds to stammer that there isn’t enough chicken for us. Absolutely flabbergasted that a chicken place would run out of chicken @ 8pm when you close at 10pm. Get it together.
