β β β β β Exceptionally friendly staff, even at an hour left to closing time.
Exterior wash was about as effective as most automatic exterior washes. It always leaves something to be desired. Not much can be done about that.
But the vacuums available are top notch! The suction is powerful and the hoses have metal heads on them - not like the more flimsy plastic ones you find at most service stations.

β β β β β Worst place to go for wash, Manager will be very nice until there is no damage in your car. But if they got any damage. They will be very rude and keep putting you from one person to other. Also claim they are not accountable for any damage in your car. Everyone be careful in there.

β β β β β The attendant was on his phone while I wanted to get my truck through the maze of vehicles blocking the entrance. When I finally got to the front, he said I couldn't use the car wash because I have a tool box in the back of my truck. I've gone through a 100 car washed with my box before but the attendant said "well you can't go through this one". Either this car wash is poor quality and will break because of a small tool box fastened to my truck OR the attendant didn't want to work and wanted to get back on his phone. What a joke!

β β β β β I paid $24 for a SUV supreme wash. Turned out to be nothing like anything supreme. Probably the worst carwash quality I have ever experienced. See pictures on Yelp

β β β β β Sprung for the supreme wash and it left the back half of my car still filthy. Couldn't find anyone to speak to so I repeatedly called their number (no one answered).
Edit: received reply from business, made it right. Can't leave a negative for that.

β β β β β This used to be well run but sadly is no longer worth the money. I bought a $19 wash (May 21, 2022). In the past, someone checks and shammies the rear mirrors upon exiting. This time, no one was there, and I had to get out to manually wipe off excess soap. When I got home, I realized that the back of the car was still dirty, especially the back window. Never again.
