I came in to this location 6 months ago for a tire change, i brought in my winter tires set with me to switch it with the all-season set.. everything went smooth until 6 months later when i wanted to switchh back, i found out that my all-season tires are gone, and i have 2 sets of winter tires now! I told them that the last time i changed the tires, i had 2 different sets, but they refused to admit anything.. i asked to see the manager, and they sent me to a different location.. the manager then told me that she went back 6 MONTHS to review the footage of that day (which is impossible) and said they gave me the same tires i came in with! Mr. Lube stole my all-season brand new tires, and gave me a worn-out winter tire set! I dont know if it was on purpose or by mistake, but they are refusing to admit the mistake! I dont recommend anyone changing their tires here unless they feel like getting ripped off!

Please come to this place if you want horrible, unprofessional, time consuming, disrespectful people that do not value your business and treat you poorly. If so, this truly is the place to come and spend your hard earned money. I spend nearly 3 hours! To repair 1 flat tire and an oil change done. The story is too long to explain but please do yourself a favor and go to any other shop if you want to be treated with respect and valued. I will NEVER again go to this or any another Mr.Lube! I wish I would have listened too the multiple of people who told me not to come here in the first place. The horrible experience they each have had at this location. Mr.Lube, I congratulate you on having an incompetent franchisee that does not know how to run a business!
S	Shoaib Akhtar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I would have read reviews prior to visit. The service man showed me price card and I choose Synthetic with regular filter. Price was I think 84.99 ish. I reconfirmed this includes all and no other charges. He said yes. At the time of billing the different person (black, I think owner) came and he charged 12 bucks more. I questioned and he tried to explained something which I didn’t agree. I left the place after over payment. A day later I notice oils spills on my drive way floor. I ignore it because some time it’s normal for a day or two. After 10 days today I saw more oil leaks on drive way. I think they didn’t change the washer with new filter. In previous reviews I saw same complain. Service was not professional specially the black guy overcharged me. Please don’t go to this place.
A	Aileen Allore - Central Board Office (0001) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Mr. Lube in Walmart in Milton for a routine oil change and summer tire switch. Over $200 later, they could not figure out how to reset the oil life counter on my 10 year old car (the technician blamed it on new technology). Eventually they said I had to drive to a different location to have them do it. I did and the manager at the James Snow location knew how to reset it. When I got home I noticed they had also not reconnected the tire pressure sensors. So three trips and $200 + later, I finally had my summer tires on and an oil change. I’m not completely convinced that the tires were actually balanced although I was charged for that. They also neglected take off the $10 coupon I brought in (the second place did reimburse me when I pointed it out) and when I went to get my car after paying initially I found it running and unlocked in the Walmart lot. The worse part was the complete indifference I was met with, as if they are so used to messing things up they couldn’t understand why I might be upset with having to make three trips! I would not recommend that anyone have work done by Mr Lube!

H	Hassan Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager Mr Marcos does not know about customer service I was going to same station for the last three years today was the last day I visited hope mr Markos take care of his staff and doesn’t treat them like he did Mr Lube loyal customers. What I think before doing the job first do let the customer know regarding the charges and don’t argue if you forgot or you don’t follow company SOP and never tell customer the charges and become rude and insist customer to pay by raising voice. Wow what an experience miss the great gentleman who use be the manager before Marcos.
