★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place I went about 7-10 times this month and each time it was so good except this time. I feel sick right now after eating the mighty cobb salad, there was something in there that wasn’t right. I feel like I’m going to throw up. Even eating the salad it didn’t taste right. I’m not sure if the egg in it was old or the chicken but it was gross and I am really sick now..
I never had a problem before and I loved the salads even though they are overpriced.
I also had amazing women who work there helping me out and making my experience at the store amazing.
I am giving the bad review because I’m feeling really sick and I don’t know what was wrong in the salad so I’m a bit worried. I won’t be going back again especially getting sick over something so expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here twice and I really enjoy their bowls! I usually get one of their warm bowls with the sesame tofu. I was excited to take a picture for my food blog but when I saw the dressing they used on top I kinda wish I asked for it on the side. I didn’t expect the sauce to be so thick. It was delicious just not aesthetically pleasing.
The portions are massive and I have a hard time finishing the bowl. The prices make sense for the portions they give you. Although I do wish they gave a little more of the protein.
They have smoothie bowls that I’m excited to try next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere inside is very trendy. Good menu. But the smoothie bowls are inconsistent in the portions. They don’t measure the amount so one day you could get a big portion of the fruits/smoothie itself and another you can get very little.
Loved the avocado toast, very simple yet so good.
I would come back to try some of their other food like soups or salad bowls instead of the smoothie bowls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When this place opened, it was so good. I would come almost every day for smoothies and huge, filling salads. I’ve noticed in the last few years that the portions have decreased and the price has gone up. Two small smoothies and two salads today cost me $60. The staff back in 2016/2017 when I lived in Milton were so wonderful and I don’t get that same vibe. The ingredients have also changed. They would add luscious coconut cream to smoothies and they’d be bursting with flavour, and now I could make the same smoothie at home for far less and more flavour. I have since moved to Oakville and if anyone is looking for a good smoothie place there, I would suggest Qwench juice bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only write negative reviews if I want to stop people from wasting their money. It looks really nice inside, but the food was so bad I would never go back.
I ordered a smoothie, and the flavour was very good, but like every sip I took from it had un-blended dates, bananas, nuts, etc. at the bottom there was literally 2 tbs of miscellaneous stuff not blended up. It was kind of gross. It’s not hard to blend a smoothie for the right duration of time.
Then I also ordered some food, and it smelled SO off. Even my bf, who has poor smell, thought it was real funky. I was really hungry so I ate it and I didn’t get sick, but I didn’t touch the red peppers cause they seemed kind of gross. Like, I wouldn’t pay $5 for it let alone $14 plus tax.
Don’t go here unless they make major changes to how they prepare their food. So gross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recent experience( last Thursday and yesterday November 27th, 2021) ordering here after a few months of not (I found a piece of plastic in my salad yesterday. I wouldn't care to write a negative review but something was off about this location on my recent visits.
This rarely every happens and I'm shocked as to how the food is prepared for this to happen. Also, a staff spoke in a very rude demeanor as I left the store to see if my ride was here and came back to have a seat while I was speaking to someone on the other line the employee (tall Asian girl) asked, "Excuse me, have you been helped already". I said yes in a simple matter of fact way going back to the phone call I was on.
Her tone and the way she clearly seemed to be walking around just was really toxic.
The Fresh Addicts I've come to know for the last three years has had lively positive staff. Not sure if the ownership has changed. But having staff with such a negative attitude just pushes customers away. On top of that finding plastic in my salad. Hygiene and food processing is key and having a positive mindset is a must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought Berry Deluxe after a few months. This restaurant keeps increasing prices and now has made the serving size smaller by offering it in a smaller container (picture attached) at the same price. The quantity of topping is reduced. Disappointed both in quality, quantity, and pricing. Value for money is diminishing after almost every 3-4 months. Disappointing. I have been a customer for many years.
