The owner Rod went out of his way to find the part I needed, at a reasonable price. Phil, the automotive technician, took the time to test drive my car after work was completed to make I was happy with the work done. I would hands down give them 5 stars. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Rod is very friendly along with the rest of the staff there and they do an excellent job with taking care of all your auto needs. Definitely recommend! :)

I called them 4:30pm and they told me that I could come in the following morning. They serviced my vehicle right away and they were very pleasant throughout the whole service. Fair pricing, great location, quick service and the workers were all friendly. This is the 3rd time Im trying them out and I will be coming here for all of my car needs. I booked in for a full service and was told that after inspection it was not required and to save my money for the next service interval. In addition they managed resolve a steering issue (no cost), which I am sure any other garage would have charged my $$$ for. I will be bringing my car here for the foreseeable ?? Well done Blackburn Auto.

I have lost a lot of faith in the auto industry as of late, and this place really lets me regain my faith in honest people like the ones that work here. My Acura was having issues where my battery kept dropping its charge. 8 months ago I took it to the Acura dealership and they charged me $300 just to find the “problem” and another $500 just to remove it, where only 8 months later it turned out nothing was ever fixed. I brought my Acura this time to Blackburn and they took it in and found the issue and removed it with zero charge. My battery is now holding a charge with no issues. I offered to pay something and they said it was such a simple removal of what was causing the issue that they didn’t want my money. In fact they said that if the problem persisted bring it back and they would continue to investigate, so far nothing wrong at all. I have to say they really earned my trust and from now on they have themselves a loyal customer. Give these people a look if you need anything fixed! They really are honest and super friendly.
