Save yourself the frustration of dealing with Mr. Lube if there's a problem with servicing your vehicle and STAY AWAY from the brand as a whole! I brought my van in to their 101 Edgeley Boulevard, Vaughan location inside the Wal-Mart to swap my summer tires for winter tires. After about 45 minutes of my vehicle sitting in the bay, I'm suddenly told that the technicians broke 3 out of 4 of my locknuts, as well as the locknut key! That's right, they didn't just break 1, they continued breaking them until 3 were broken. They took no responsibility for this at the time, but just blamed me for it. I had my car dealer put my summer tires on, which I know was done properly. I wasn't offered any sort of discount or even an apology. The owner wasn't there at the time so I had to call him the next day to complain. He offered to reimburse me for a new locknut set if I brought him a receipt. So I got the locknuts replaced by the dealer and brought the owner the receipt. He only partially reimbursed me the cost of the receipt. He refused to pay for installation, which he never specified when he asked me to bring him the receipt. He also proceeds to give me a condescending lecture about how this wasn't his fault and he's doing me favour by reimbursing me anything. I've never felt so undervalued and disrespected as a customer anywhere I've serviced my vehicle before. The owner claims he told me that he would have put the locknuts back on for me, but why would I want his technicians touching my vehicle again after what they did?? Why should I have to be further inconvenienced anymore than I already have? Terrible experience! Worst customer service ever! Overpriced tire changes! Changing your tires here costs almost twice as much as going to the dealer! Not worth it! Save your money and get it done right. Make an appointment with your dealer. I've truly lost all confidence in Mr.Lube as a brand. Oh, and I tried calling head office and got absolutely nowhere with them. They don't seem to care about brand reputation or customer satisfaction. I was told there was nothing they could do about this and that everything at issue was at the sole discretion of the owner/operator in terms of resolving the matter.

Was told wait was 25 minutes- turned into 1 1/2 hours. Was told printer was broken so couldn't.' give me invoice. Only got debit receipt. Contacted manager he said I was charged $89.40 for 'old vehicles oil - in fact I had changed cars and my car is only 3 years old - they didn't even know difference between 2002 car and 2017 car. - so they put the high price oil in it - Manager said it doesn't matter, all oil is same but still over charged me anyway. Manager never apologized until I demanded it. So in total, they lied to me, wasted my time, put wrong oil in my car, and I had to pay without getting an invoice. This was the poorest 'garage service' I've ever encountered in 60 years. Unless I started to squawk nothing would ever have been done.

Actually it is my 1st time in this place but I do recommend it. The guys are very professional and faster than my dealership The best part is that they are cheaper than the dealership I am sure I will do most of my quick services here

I sent my son to get a basic oil change and was paying as he was unemployed due to COVID. I advised him that he would be told he needed addtional items (This has been my experience when I took my own car in on several occasions) like an air filter or something but all I would pay for was the oil & filter. Imagine my surprise when he had a 197.40 bill, and that was with the $10.00 off coupon. Instead the shop gave him a synthetic oil change with a manufacturers filter, the filter being an additional charge. They also gave the car a totally unnecessary engine flush as the car had been routinely serviced at Mr. Lube. Though he clearly asked for a basic oil & filter and said that was ALL that he wanted the staff also pushed a Differential LS additive & Kleenflo valve & lifter.. When someone comes in and is very specific about what they want & is then pestered, pressured & upsold on unnecessary items particularly to a layman, one who asked for a basic service I think it is dishonourable. I think the company takes advantage & lacks professionalism. It is highly unlikely my son or I will return to Mr. Lube.

They will scame for your money.went for tire change, told me 45 dollers first,then after they chang the tire said 55 .ask them why ,they said because your tire is 19 inch and under 17 inch its 45dollers.come on you already know its 19 inch tire, whatever take the money

These guys stripped my bolt holes for my undershroud & I thought maybe these guys just forgot to put back a screw or two because it started dragging since I last went for an oil change with them(they are the only people that have been under my car). I bought an aluminum undershroud with new bolts and screws and once I went to replace it, is when I noticed two screws were broken off in the holes and the other two holes thread’s were completely stripped. I go to these guys every other month for an oil change and at least spend $190 every time I visit, the least you guys can do is do the maintenance properly like I pay you guys to do

My tire pressure monitor indicated I was losing air, so i quickly got to a gas station and changed the tire. It was Sunday and the closest tire repair place was Mr. lube (Thorncliffe location) So I went there they didn’t have the tire in stock so I ordered a new one to be put on the following day, I left my rim with them and went they put it on I noticed two huge gashes in my rim. Which I know they weren’t there before. They did a investigation and said it wasn’t them but won’t let me see the videos due to confidential ? this is absolute bull. I plan on filing in small claims court. Stay far away from Mr. lube
