The tire service is amazing! I needed winter tires and they gave me a quote and the next day they had them at the store ready to put on! Definitely recommend going to them because if they cant do the work they will point you in the direction of a shop that can.

We are greatly impressed & delighted by the genuine customer service given by technician namely Vineet. He was very knowledgeable guy, courteous and explained us the overdue service requirement of the vehicle, after going through the same we opted for coolant and transmission service. He performed all the services extremely quickly,efficiently with the smile on the face all the times, which is required in service industry.Highly recommended to everyone .
K	Kamado Tanjiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 150 dollars for a tire swap alone and they also try to upsell me to buy a new tire because they told me my tires looks old and needs to buy a set of tire make me feel guilty and stupid about not buying their tire. That's 400 dollars including the tire swap. Go to family owned auto shop instead they charge less and honest about their work they do to your car. This people just upsell you they don't care about you and your car. This place is a joke!
R	RAJVEER SINGH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purcahsed new tires for my truck last year. three week ago, I went for regular oil change at this location and they recommended me of tire rotation. After the tire rotation I informed them that one of the tires have lower pressure than other three tires, they told me that it will increase with driving/time. after one week I went back to same location with same problem and this time they told me that tire has nail in it thats why it holds less air than other tires and they have to remove the nail. I got charged again for repairs and now even after repairs done, the same tire has lower pressure. After one week of noticing I went back to the same location, The guy don't even know how to speak with the customer, started to tell me that its weather affect. When I asked him, Why other tires holding the pressure and this one doesn't ? weather should effect all tires not only one then he went back inside without answering me and he want me to wait outside. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. they lie to the customer with wrong info and don't know exactly what is wrong with the vehicle. It was wastage of time and money. Even after spending $200-$300, my vehicle tire has same problem.

d	dc andre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They asked me to start my car, after the "oil change". Oil pressure light went on. I asked if they put oil in? They said yes. The employee and boss turned their back to me and where talking so I could not hear them, TWICE they did this, rude. Employee said oil all leaked out the oil pan gasket. I said you forgot to put oil in, then the boss came by and said "sometimes oil leaks out the oil filter", I said you both have two different stories now. You forgot to put oil in the car. No, the employee said. The second employee under the car did not yell up that he had an oil leak. They then pulled the oil hose over, and filled the oil up ! Employee still denied that he forgot. But he did say we have "no coupons" but we have to charge you the full price. The boss then said he would look into it with head office on the cameras. A few weeks later they called and said the cameras showed that they did in fact forget to add the oil . The caller said what do you want , a refund? I said "yes, that would be a good start", he said they would contact me soon then. It has now been another 2 weeks since they said I could have a refund, and I have not heard anything back as of yet. I would imagine this review might generate a call soon. ONE STAR is way to much credit for this business on Rochdale, but have to give at least ONE, in order to be able to post. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU HAVE YOUR AUTO SERVICED !

Would highly recommend this location for everyone! Best part is they do tire services at this location! Purchased my winter tires and rims through this location, they had them there for me early the next day ready for them to be mounted and put on my vehicle! The service was fantastic and at a great price! It was even better that I didn’t have to book an appointment!!
