★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to the Rochdale location this morning and was upset to see the staff member wearing his mask under his nose. This is not okay. Wearing a mask in this way is not effective at all. I left the store without purchasing anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Went in there the other day and got major attitude from the staff. Asked about some of their product and I got clear looks of disgust and eye rolls. It felt like I was making their day very difficult just asking for some of their product behind the counter. I almost walked out because of the attitude I got, but opted to buy less than what I was planning to buy. Its really too bad because the product is good and the weekly deals are great with a card. I would go to the South store instead as the customer service is way better with less attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good compliance with covid protocols. Maintaining 5 people in store at a time and lining up outside on designated distancing signs. Hand sanitizing upon entry and distancing markers in store as well.Friendly and efficient staff.

I don't normally do this but when my spouse comes home and tells me that the young male employee that was working in the afternoon, told her that she was not welcome in the store, I had to write something. Not matter what an issue may be, my spouse is a customer and she was not treated that way yesterday.

I get some stuff from you guys but the company sends out coupons for things I can't buy even after explaining restrictions to employees they ask after if I want the specific things I can't have lol silly but I'd like to see more efforts made by this company to expand the celiac sections. I'd spend more if they offered better deals and items.
