Last fall, I had a tire change (with almost new nuts) in Mr lube and mechanic extremely over tight nuts. So guess what? This spring they could not unscrew the nuts without breaking studs, wow like one job cammon.. and now ask me to pay to fix it, like no choice, I need call for toll truck? what is this scammers system?? 300$ tire change ?
In addition, mech put tires the wrong way the first time, front tires on the back and back tires to the front when he found out that, he was rushing to fix the issue and I didn't see that he use a torque wrench to gentlyΒ tight nuts.
Guys! Save ur money for big repairs, go mechanical for any service! And escape this place!!

β β β β β DO NOT go to this location for auto services! It's a rip off. I called this location, got a quote for $57.99 for oil change. Went there and I was charged $79.99 plus "service fee" that they made up. Ended up paying over $95 after taxes. It's a rip off! Will never return again. Be CAUTION, they might charge you even for windshield washer top up!!

β β β β β Went on Jan 3 around 4pm. Was low on wiper fluid and coolant. They topped it up free of charge. I forgot to grab the name of the employee. He was really helpful, friendly and was clearly focusing on customer service/satisfaction which is great. Nicely trained and good experience, will definitely visit again.

β β β β β It's the first time I make such a bad comment about a business, which I normally don't bother with, but now this issue makes me angry. I was not satisfied. You go to an oil change, they make you feel that they are helping you with money. However, the invoice is not like that. You get piled on a list. However, it is within 500 meters of my house, but I have to go to another service in Scarborough because of this treatment. I gave it 3 chances, each time I experienced the same thing. I also asked for their help in changing tires, but they charged twice the price of the market, moreover, this was a discounted price since I was a regular customer. Don't go, guys! Mr. Lube, stop emailing and texting and you've run out of credits to me.

β β β β β These people stole my car. I was driving by in my 2013 honda civic and I saw them in a parking lot across the street. There was a park nearby, so I parked to go look around and come back and talk to the guy who called it in. While I was out I saw my car pull up out of the corner of my eye with another car following it, so I ran back to my car and tried to get it into reverse. But the wheels wouldn't go, so I got into my car and called 911. Then the guy with the garage team came over and found the keys in the ignition and put the car into neutral and started to push it away. But it was going too fast and hit a curb.
The garage team pulled it away from the curb but I didn't get it far because there was another car approaching from behind, so he had to get the car away. I didn't get the license plate, but there are so many cars coming up the road. Mr lube is also nice to have around for painful things - which is what you usually need lube for
