Great Pizza! Excellent service.. They were extremely busy and handled it with true professionalism.

I agree with other reviewers, this is the worst pizza hut location in GTA. Would give zero stars. Pizza was undercooked, missing toppings that were paid for extra, Cinnabon was burnt.

One of the best pizzas I have had in Toronto. The crust is very soft and tastes very good. I will surely try more varieties here. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.They have a dine in as well as takeout counter.

Bunch of jokers running the store!! I ordered online for a store pickup at 9.22pm on Apr 30. Arrived 10 mins before scheduled pickup, the cashier said it will take 5 mins. Paid and I was waiting, I could see the pizza was ready however there was a chaos between the cashier and the kitchen stuff, they were speaking in Hindi and clearly seemed there was a mix up between the order takers and kitchen stuff, they kept pizza on a size table. After 20 mins my order was still in kitchen as per him. Finally he packs the same pizza which was sitting on the side counter for 20-25 mins. I informed if this was my order why was it sitting for long. I wanted a fresh pizza from the oven and not a cold, sitting open. He ordered a replacement and I kept waiting for another 15 mins, my side orders were sitting for the entire time. When my pizza was ready, I informed I wont be taking the fries and garlic bread (Of course they were cold by now) and wanted the pizza and dip. He wont cancel the order from the bill and processed my refund without the taxes for the 2 items. All this time I noticed he was brushing his hair with his bare hands, touching his face, tucking his over grown hair, touching the food, no food handling basic hygiene being maintained . When asked why will he not refund the taxes, his response I cant. I cancelled my entire order and got a full refund wasting 50 mins in the store. I wanted to bring his casual customer service experience to the store manager. In his usual casual attitude, he replies store manager is in India!!! He lacks basic training to deal with customer, shameless and casual attitude, unhygienic food handling, casually taking phone calls on his personal phone speaking in his regional language while in the counter. Why am writing this long review. Franchises run by international student is always a hit and miss experience. I just want the store management team to know how the store is being managed !!!

Worst Pizza Hut location toppings are barely see it , cheese is not even covered more than half. And it’s over cooked too much brown cheese color which means they didn’t put enough cheese for it.

I don't know how there are so many good reviews. This pizza hut barely puts any tomato sauce when making their pizza. Sometimes it seems like there's no tomato sauce at all. I usually get the $10 or $15 specials. I am not sure if they are just being cheap with the discount pizzas. Its been like this for almost a year now.

I’m a regular pizza hut customer but the pizza from this location was nothing but a waste of money. The sauce had no flavour, I think they forgot to add salt to it which made the whole pizza taste like cheese on bread with tasteless Veges. Staff refused to admit that something can be wrong with the Pizza and showed an unapologetic attitude.

The buffet here used to be the best thing ever. Cheap and all you can eat delicious pizza. I hope they still have this when Covid is over. Pizza is good. Pizza hut is a little bit heavier than some other pizza places, I really like their crusts and the crunchiness. They do stuffed crust as well. I'd definitely come back. This location had good service too.
