This time, even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me, I waited a full hour (2:36 to 3:36) before giving up. I think it is because they do tires now and no longer try to do fast oil changes. I found a Penzoil 5 minutes away that literally had me in and finished in 10 minutes. I will go there from now on.

C	Claire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience, staff blantantly lied about wait time. I was told 10-25 minutes and waited at least an hour and a half. Whole time staff were chatting and relaxing. And then they told me I needed my tires balance for 40 dollars, spent over $200 and 3 hours was a waste. Will never be back unless changes are made.

After a major storm there was no attempt by the team to clean up any of the snow leading up to their garage. The plows were obviously behind, but please clear a car length and maybe some tracks for my car to drive up through.So you are ready for business. I parked and walked up as I did not want to get stuck. I was looking for a tire rotation. I did not catch the name of the man that assisted me. But in his professional opinion, while smoking and blowing it in my face; I was told my tires are garbage and I needed to replace them all with at least 2 winter tires but i should change all 4, for $1100. I didn't receive any kind of quote on kind of tire or what that kind of service would be offered. Really felt like they were not interested in offering any kind of customer service today, and were more than a little crooked. Needless to say i took my "garbage tires" and went over to the Mr Lube on Highland. You should check out the 5 star review I will be leaving there. They were amazing. This location is terrible.

Turned out they didn’t have my oil yesterday but the guys were nice enough to clean my windows and whatnot while that was being determined. Staff called up a nearby shop to ensure they had it for me. I left with a plan and without a bill! Thanks guys.
I	Iain Maclean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been coming here for several years for oil changes and tire swaps for both our vehicles. Never had a problem or a reason to complain. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The wait time is fine, unless you come at a super busy time of course.
S	Sourabh Gandotra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys, I would say the worst service I have ever had in my life, I got my tires swapped by this location of mr lube and then I went to gta to see mg buddy and then on the way there my driver side tire bolts came off on the 401 highway and by god’s grace I got saved otherwise this location has uncertified mechanics who put life at risk without doing full inspection of my car. Please guys choose your mechanic wisely, because we all have loved ones who are waiting for us at home, but this location doesn’t care about it, because they are certified in putting their customers life in danger and I think they don’t deserve to serve any kind of service to our community, who doesn’t know how to do their job properly done, I had video too, but I was not able to post it, please fellas be safe out there and avoid getting tire swapped by this location, and mr lube doesn’t deserve even a one star but to post the review I have to give them one star which they are not even worthy of it.
