He walked us through every aspect of the house and made practical recommendations where he found deficiencies. His report is easy to navigate, provides pictures of everything inspected and is very helpful to prioritize minor and major repairs that will be needed. Would highly recommend Randy to everyone! He took the time to show my wife and I the issues he had identified and went above and beyond to explain the factors that lead to property deficiencies. The report was over 50 pages long with well organized pictures and details, and he was very welcoming of our phone calls in the days following the inspection for any follow up questions. Randy provided references to other companies for maintenance services, as well as his own thoughts on DIY fixes, if we preferred.
