Dr Parnham is proficient in his practice, he takes the time to explain what is happening during the session, and makes sure you are feeling calm & confortable. He has great attention to detail and goes the extra mile by suggesting ways to reduce symptoms / keep your body in good health overall. His formal training & his experience with fitness training come together really well to benefit his clients. A comprehensive treatment every time. I highly recommend!

I've been working with Dr. Parnham for chiropractic and personal training for several months now and would highly recommend him for both! Dr. Parnham is the only person I trust to manipulate and adjust my neck. I experience sharp neck tweaks every few months and he is so knowledgeable, careful, and respectful while working with me. I feel that his treatments are the reason they have decreased from several day episodes to just single days! I also enjoy regular cupping and soft tissue treatments to my forearm to alleviate the dull ache that results from working on a computer all day. By chance I mentioned that I have occasional knee pain and for some reason I was shocked to find out he could help with that too! Eventually I transitioned to working with him for personal training, mostly to strengthen my knee, but now because I enjoy it so much! I am not someone who naturally loves to exercise but Dr. Parnham is so supportive and makes me feel strong! If you are like me and open to a solution but not really sure what all a chiropractor or personal trainer can do for your pains/discomforts, I assure you Dr. Parnham knows something that can help!

I had a very bad back pain for weeks when I was referred to Brandon by one of my friends and after two sessions my pain was completely gone! me and my wife became his patients ever since. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and always walk you through the cause of you pain and the necessary exercises to prevent similar injuries. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommended. Dr Brandon Parnham is so professional and knowledgeable. I started with him because I diagnosed with autoimmune disease which causes tightness on my muscles and pain in my joints. He eased my pain and helped me to have better range of motion on my fingers. He is so patient and has the best attitude.

Dr. Parnham is fantastic. He is eager to answer all my questions about my body and care for bad back. I have been going to chiropractors since I was 7 (broke my back at that age) and he is by far my favourite! I highly recommend him!

Brandon has such a unique combination because of his background of both personal trainer and chiropractor. He's so great at not only immediate pain relief, but also, because of his background, he's amazing and keeping the pain away! In addition to his skill set, he is an absolutely caring and compassionate person!

Dr. Parnham is absolutely amazing. His unique approach to helping heal the body combines chiro, physio and massage all rolled into one. The level of care, attention to detail and knowledge brought to each session is impeccable. I always walk out feeling better! Highly recommended and extremely grateful to be a client.

Dr Brandon Parnham is one of the best practitioners I’ve ever met. I’ve been through the works with my body and finding him was a blessing. He is knowledgeable, kind, adaptive and really puts his all into what he does. He makes you feel comfortable and confident in treatment and rehab. Couldn’t recommend him more! He gets to the root of the problem, rather than putting a bandaid on the issue. I’ve seen him for my biceps tendonitis, chronic neck and back pain and he’s helped me build my core strength up preventatively for the future - not just your average crack and go if you know what I mean. If you’ve read this far just book already - he’s brilliant. (See pic of him helping my useless traps)
