★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place! We had a bad experience elsewhere and Physllis and her amazing place/service saved it for us. We stayed 2 nights and left completely relaxed. UNREAL and we suggest to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mountain Springs Nature Retreat was beyond our expectations. Not only was it the perfect base for visiting the wineries of Naramata Bench and Osoyoos: it was peaceful, quiet and restorative in the evenings. Our host was friendly and informative and served awesome granola for breakfast. We felt truly relaxed after our weekend there and we will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was the jewel in the crown of our Canadian road trip. We stayed for three nights and were so sad to have to leave. It is a literal paradise in a secluded valley, with lots of flora and fauna to enjoy. Phyllis is very welcoming and a wonderful person, who has her own organic garden behind the house (and does amazing homemade granola). We will definitely be back next time we are in Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mountain Springs Nature Retreat is truly an oasis. They aren't kidding when they call it a "hidden gem". This B&B is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful valley, but close still to town...the distance is honestly perfect! And there are plenty of hiking trails all around. The host, Phyllis, is extremely warm, inviting, and I felt so comfortable throughout my stay! It has a real, genuine, rustic feeling and I love such immediate access to a private beach all to yourself. Breakfast is also spectacular, I couldn't ask for more as a little getaway in the summer just to get some peace from the hustle and bustle of life. This place is a healing ground for the mind, body, and soul!
