God's Mountain estate a beautiful Creek Lake estate. It's tucked back hidden on top of mountain difficult to get to but well worth the drive. It overlooks Skaha lake views or excellent to the front the lake to the back Vineyards. The food is incredible the rooms are excellent the hotel itself or Bed and Breakfast is only 14 rooms.if I could give six stars I would.

Great location, amazing views, relaxed atmosphere, clean and tidy, the decor inside is amazing with some really beautiful antique pieces. Sarah and Richard went out of their way to make sure my parents (early 70's) and I were comfortable .. Sarah helped us familiarize ourselves with the town, guided us on easy trails and the best places to eat as well as the farmers market.. Loved our time here and will most definitely be back .. Especially for the breakfast ;) Thanks again Sarah!

NO KIDS/FUN ALLOWED Gods Mountain has a 1 star for me because its the most beautiful property I have ever seen. This being said you will not have a chance to enjoy it. The resort does NOT ALLOW KIDS however it says nothing about that on the website. Don't make the mistake we did and travel all the way there to find this out. Sarah the owner made an exception that our 2 year old could be on the resort but was not allowed to walk on the ground (actually because her dog will attack your child) use the pool or go in any of the rooms. If you do have a child you will be stuck in your room. We also got a noise complaint when myself and my mother were trying to have a glass of wine at 9pm at night. This resort is 100% only acceptable for someone who is retired and goes to bed at 8pm. The worst part is it would be the most amazing place to sit by the pool, drink some wine and enjoy it but you will feel as though you are back in high school and being watched my your principal. This being said if you are a retired adult that is looking for a silent retreat go for it.

Stunning space and view. Fantastic people who are warm and welcoming. They do delicious long table dinners throughout the summer. I can't wait to try staying here! They have a roofless suite which sounds amazing.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay .....views are spectacular, Sarah was an absolute delight to deal with, as were her staff, the other guests were fun and interesting ( which was a bonus ), and the breakfasts were the best we've eaten anywhere. As we overheard one guest say "this place is like a Mediterranean villa. It's so peaceful ....if you can't relax here, you can't relax anywhere."

This place has incredible views! Up here for a wedding and the photos turned out incredibly well! The breakfast was included and it was simply to die for! I think the rooms could be touched up a bit, but I guess they want to keep the historic feel to it! Would definitely return! The roofless room is also worth trying out for the adventurous types!

Just wanted to chime in with my positive review to offset the nasty one I just read. God's Mountain is an absolute delight! The food, views, and staff are all amazing. Not sure who the couple is that wrote the post about it being like the bad part of Mexico but guessing it's a princess married to a wimp...and that neither of them have been to the bad part of Mexico. Certainly this is not a fancy hotel and I could see being thrown off if that's the experience you had in mind. But there aren't cleanliness or safety issues that reasonable people should be worried about enough to leave. All of the rooms are just fine but I would recommend that it's worth upgrading to the Roofless Room or Penthouse Suite for the difference in price. We've been a number of times now, including our wedding, and it's been great each time. Most importantly, there is a vibe at the location that is hard to describe. You can't help but feel happy and relaxed here.

Love this place! If you need wifi, television and air conditioning, this place isn't for you. If you like to relax by a pool, sit under a tree and look out at a lake, have amazing food and meet like minded people..... book now! The property is eclectic and beautiful. The rooms are clean and the company good. Highly recommend this place to those looking to unwind, destress and get back to nature. The owner Sarah, is very gracious and protective of her estate. Rightfully so, it's a little piece of heaven.
