★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am always loyal to this Salon but I booked an appointments with Shianne . I told her to wash and trim my hair but she cut my hair short. I contact the salon but they didn't do anything. I was so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a haircut, RJ gave me a haircut that was really bad, he didn't listen even after I showed him the pix of the hair cut I wanted. I had read previous reviews on RJ's work and they weren't good but I didn't bother asking for his name when he asked me to sit on his chair because I felt it would be rude to do so. He is a very pleasant guy but he is really not such a good barber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot thank the team of Mou Jam Beauty Salon enough for their services. I took my four and a half year daughter for detangling services. It took two full days as her hair was matted, severely tangled and very curly. The team was so patient and handled the whole service like a pro, I want to mention Shiane and Hedusa for their exceptional talent and service. By the end of the whole experience I could have cried because this has been exceptionally challenging for me to take out her tough tangles. Thank you Team Mou Jam, will visit you soon as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 2 daughters here, ages 5 and 8, for a deep conditioning treatment. Unfortunately, my older daughter had some knots that we couldn’t get out. Shianne was amazing and patient and with some help with from a co-worker (sorry I Cant remember her name), they were able to get all the knots out, do a deep condition, and style with 2 large cornrows. My kids were ecstatic and really enjoyed their very first experience at a salon :) we will be back in 2 weeks for a cut!

I arrived early and was greeted I began my hair appointment earlier than the time I booked which if were being honest is so rare these days! I’ve had bad experiences with salons being unprofessional and rude but the vibe here was anything but that! I had shianne style my hair and she was great ?? she gave good tips on how to properly care for my hair she was also very nice and personable. I’ll definitely be coming back as the prices, environment and stylists were all A1! 10/10 would recommend

Having cut it all off, I was looking for a salon where I could trust the stylists to help me treat and maintain my hair. I'm so happy I found Mou Jam Beauty. The team has been phenomenal, offering sound advice that's helped to restore the health and length of my hair. It's not easy finding a salon that car for Black hair, but Mou Jam is easily the best in the lower mainland. I highly recommend them!
