R	Row Dela Peña on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good! I changed my rental from midsized SUV to a standard SUV because we need space, my confirmation says FORD EDGE or similar. They gave me a mid sized FORD ESCAPE. We are on a schedule and don’t have time to change. The only good thing is the nice customer representative. Update: The company adjusted the rate not too big of a deal for the rate as I said we’re after the comfort of what we’re renting but I’m pleased when they do it anyways. And relatives planning to come visit again we’re thinking of renting here again because of customer service.

D	Dawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent experience with Enterprise was a good one. Magda did her best to explain all of the details and options to me when renting a vehicle. It took her a couple of tries as I had never rented a car before, not even for a car repair until now (sorry). However, as I informed her upon returning the vehicle, my only complaint with the vehicle was that like someone else had already stated in their review, I also immediately noticed a strong smell of curry, cumin or another kind of cooking spice. The smell became stronger and constant when I used the recirculated air. Therefore, I had to use the air transfer coming from outside of the vehicle to lessen the odour which also got onto any porous surface or fabric (including clothes). It doesn't mean that the car wasn't clean (it was) or that the company is at fault. No one is fault. The odour was likely caused by someone cooking with spices which once it penetrates into any porous surface (like leather seats) or clothes, it becomes difficult if not impossible to remove. I informed Magda that I doubt the company could do anything about the odour itself as it seemed to be absorbed into the vehicle.

I exhausted $1000 from my ICBC coverage and another $1500 from my extended benefits over a 2 month period. Arya and Meghna have been great throughout the entire process. They provide follow up calls to let you know how much coverage you have left so you don’t go over. I was able to rent a Mazda SUV and a Hyundai Kona. Both were reliable. They also offer a ride home after dropping off the rental if you live locally. I highly recommend renting from this location. Didn’t have any troubles at all. Smooth sailing from beginning to end. It’s stressful enough after an accident - getting a rental shouldn’t be!

They did not do a walkthrough with me and just gave me a paper saying there were no damage/scratch on it. I rented it for one night and was parked the whole day before returning it. Now I’m having to deal with insurance for this. Will never rent with Enterprise again.
M	Mehran Pirouz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented three SUV cars from this branch from time to time. All of them were in good condition and, properly cleaned by Staffs. As other customers mentioned regarding fuel tank, unfortunately at this branch, you don't receive a car with full tank. This can cause discrepancy when you want to return the car. Because, you don't know how much exact put the fuel back to be same as original pick up time. In the regard of Staffs, good communication and services done by them. Mostly Arya & Karan been very good in manner of treating customers with respect, also there was another gentleman but I don't know his name and, I handed over the car on 30th May-2022. He was very good at his job. Thanks to all of them.

I recommend this location and the entire team as everybody was there to make sure I have a good rental experience.
