★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son here they gave him the worst haircut I've ever seen . The women told him it was his fault cause he moved which he didn't as I was right there . Then she continued to tell me oops I'm sorry if I can't fix it I will just shave how head . Ummm what . Then she charged me told by manager can get free haircut. My son refused to come back . Got made fun of for the haircut until we got it fixed next day . Then bring my daughter to use free haircut and get told no said my son needed to be the one . He was traumatized and will never come back . Very unprofessional. If you dont care how your hair looks please go here . They are rude and not willing to fix anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and hair cut. I asked for a simple 2 inch trim, the lady started giving me layers and cut my hair much shorter. The layers are not symmetrical, my hair looks uneven, like she gave me intense layers on one side and none on the other. She started thinning my hair and I had to tell her to stop because that’s not what I asked for. I left in tears. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I reserve online, no wait time, by the time I get here waited 25 minutes. And an apprentice came to cut my hair asking me how to cut? I expect her to be professional but I’m teaching her how to cut. I gave her description already and she still cut it uneven and not symmetrical. Absolutely no cleaning hair off of you, the apron isn’t on properly so hair gets all over the place.you leave with hair on your jacket and face and neck. The cut took an hour, for a simple man haircut. She stopped half way and what appears to be a more experienced lady showed up and cut the rest of it. Now my hair looks exactly like my head. I don’t know what more to say. Never come back to this location. Definitely not recommended. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT. YOU WILL BE CUT LIKE A DOG TRIM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in on Monday Feb 14th at approx 11am. The stylist was really friendly and professional. The hair cut was as above expectation. With previous cuts I sometimes find the stray hair or awkward line, not this time. Will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruined my day. Took my son to get a simple hair cut, his hair ended up in a mess. Didn’t like the results and wasn’t what I asked for. Very disappointed in the rude employee that ruined my sons hair. Just lost a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my hair fell out from a box hair kit and I went in to get my hair cut to be the same length and at that moment she cut it it looked OK. But then I got home and washed it after a few days which she recommended to find that she cut my hair like a 5 year old would! All different lengths when it could've been cut shorter to make the same length!!
