★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu! Avons fait une réservation, arriver sur place elle nous dit qu'elle était complète... Difficile d'avoir une conversation avec elle, elle parle que quelques mots de français. Pas super comme service à la clientèle!
 Very disappointed! We made a reservation, arrived there she told us that she was full ... Difficult to have a conversation with her, she speaks only a few words of French. Not great for customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were dark, which is great at night but not during the day. Rooms smelled of must, at least rooms were fairly clean / beds we're comfortable enough. Heat was not turned on prior to arrival leading to 40 degree rooms at arrival.
