★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service est très mauvais quand ce sont les propriétaires qui s'en chargent... Ils connaissent bien leurs produits et leurs plantes sont belles, mais ils sont bêtes et même baveux! J'y allais souvent puisque c'est proche de chez moi et maintenant je suis prête à faire un détour de 20 minutes juste pour ne plus les voirs. J'étais une bonne cliente, respectueuse et j'achetais pour minimum 300-400$ de matériel et plantes par année. Là c'est trop, ils m'ont vraiment perdu comme cliente. Je ne comprenais pas tous les gens qui étaient au point de ne plus y aller et là je comprends.
L'an dernier j'avais acheté un plan de basilic infesté de bibites en plus...
The service is very bad when the owners are in charge... They know their products well and their plants are beautiful, but they are stupid and even runny! I used to go there often since it's close to my house and now I'm willing to take a 20 minute detour just to miss seeing them. I was a good customer, respectful and I bought for at least $300-400 of equipment and plants per year. This is too much, they really lost me as a client. I did not understand all the people who were at the point of not going there anymore and there I understand.
Last year I bought a plan of basilisk infested with bugs and more...

People working there are for most part nice, and are happy to help you.. but some people should have a smile on their face and be little less rude.. I am not the only one thinking that.. as I have friends and family members that went and they say the same thing.
