★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel to Rocky Mountain House for work a lot! I always stay at this hotel! The staff members here are absolutely fantastic and the cleanliness of the rooms is amazing. My stay at this hotel has always been very positive, this place has become my home away from home. The staff is always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible, very friendly, polite yet very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and our suite was spacious. We loved the pool, water slide and hot tub.
The BEST part was how accommodating they were to my dietary intolerances by offering gluten free bread and waffles in addition to dairy free options. We’d definitely recommend staying here on your trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not dirty but definitely not clean, had hotel staff just walk into my room twice without knocking in 3 days. Building heat is cranked to insane levels... Like 27c... It's -10 outside and I have to run the AC all night to get the room down to room temperature.
I wouldn't not stay here again but it would definitely be a last resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie makes it a 5 star.. Ann and Sam all three made my stay there amazing they always welcomed me back every evening and every morning joked everyday and made it fun to come back they always asked if there was anymore they could do my room Was always clean great experience thank you all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff,I dealt mainly with Anne at the front desk and I thank her for her Excellent customer service skills and for making my stay super enjoyable. I found the hotel very clean, and they offer a enough of a selection for breakfast to Kickstart your day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty Good stay, room was clean beds were comfy, slept well. Breakfast was good with some hot items like bacon sausage and eggs, my kids loved the pool and waterslide, area was clean, good for kids, 1.2M at the “deep” end. Hot tub was a little too hot but tolerable. Friendly staff. We Would Stay Again.
