★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mose truck blocked busy road around 10 am for 5 min while driver chatted to some workers. there were 5 cars waiting for driver to move truck. eventually people started honking, and finally driver moved.
the driver's rudeness was matched by that of the receptionist. i called mose to report the driver's behavior. the receptionist said i should have spoken to the driver. i said, it's not my place to get into a fight with the driver. she then said i should have called the police. i said it wasn't a criminal matter, but one of courtesy. i asked that she put me through to the owner. she refused. i asked her to identify herself, but again she refused and hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to feel really disrespected just call this company and talk to the lady that answers the phone. She will make sure you know that your business is not needed and she has more important things to do. Theres obviously a reason none of these 5 star reviews have any comments
