Mosaic Yoga Toronto

Was over the moon to hear that this studio was opening up in my hood! I can only speak to the parent and baby class so far, which was great. Beautiful space, great energy, awesome mamas and wonderful instructor Morgan, who also happens to own the place!

I love this studio for it's gentle and philosophical approach to yoga and also the quality of the classes and teachers. There's no ego here and the owner really values the students. The owner Morgan really took the time to explain anatomy and talk to me about my injury and it was clear that she really knew her stuff and cared about creating a safe and open environment.

Mosaic Yoga is everything you could hope for and more when looking for the perfect place to practice yoga. Each and every instructor at Mosaic has their own unique teaching style and there are a variety of classes to choose from several times everyday, which makes it very easy to fit practice into any day of the week. One thing Morgan and all of her instructors have in common, is that they are all focused on helping each student get the most out of every session with a perfect blend of balance and breathe. They all offer detailed professional instruction as well as insightful feedback during classes. Also they always make themselves available after class for any questions you may have. And above all else they are all wonderful humans with big smiles and even bigger hearts. Mosaic studio is always very clean, peaceful and calming with lots of natural light and any necessary props or music to accompany any class. And to top it all off, an absolutely wonderful community of students who are respectful of the practice, the studio and eachother. During Covid-19 the owner of Mosaic, Morgan Cowie has been wonderful in making sure our practice has been able to continue. The studio has taken face coverings, social distancing and cleanliness very seriously to provide safe in person classes at every oppourtunity. When lockdowns were enforced Morgan created both live virtual classes via Zoom and a huge online library of recorded classes for on demand access anytime. Although these options are not the same as experiencing in person classes, it is wonderful to be able to continue practice while at home and still maintain the sense of community that Mosaic represents to me. Mosaic is my favorite yoga studio!! Instructors are welcoming, warm, and body positive. Classes are accessible to all--beginners and advanced alike. The staff is very community-focused and the aesthetic of the studio itself is calming and bright. The classes use plenty of props and are based in mindfulness and authenticity. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently began coming to Mosiac and I wish we had discovered it sooner! Morgan is a kind, thoughtful, insightful person. I love that inclusivity is large tenent of what she teaches and what the center represents. One should consider themselves lucky to be taught by her.

This place is magical. I discovered Mosaic early this year, and have no regrets about becoming a member. Classes are unique, gentle and becoming. The owner Morgan Cowie is truly someone who lives our her values in both her yoga practice and her business as well. Shout out to Jasmine Smikle for her excellent pilates classes, she brings such joy!

I recently discovered Mosaic and I am so glad that I did. Housed in a little warehouse building, the space is warm and inviting and the instructors are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place is completely bereft of any sort of attitude, from the staff to the students. They have classes throughout the day which makes it very convenient to work into my schedule. I can't say enough good things about Mosaic Yoga.

LOVE this studio!!!!! All of the instructors are fantastic, and the class schedule is great. I also love that they've kept zoom classes as an option for those of us who are still a little nervous to practice in person :)
