I can now see great - they look cool - and I still have $$s in my pocket to take them out on the town : ) Thanks Mosaic gang! New sunglasses next year. A K-S

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know how sometimes you go to the eye doc and first of all they seem to be upset asking you which option is clearer and then when you are done there is such high pressure to buy glasses or contacts it's like you're at a used car dealership. Not here. Dr. Laura Thomasen was great to deal with. Very nice, very understanding and no high pressure at all from her or the staff to get new glasses. I would highly recommend this location at the Crown Isle Shopping Center and Dr. Thomasen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment booked but the doctor cancelled. I was unable to rebook with what they offered so I decided to book elsewhere instead of waiting two months.
The receptionist said "good luck" just before hanging up the phone, after I said I was unable to rebook with their clinic.
This is a poor attitude considering they cancelled my appointment to begin with. I am very disappointed with this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worn glasses and contacts for the past 50 years and been through many different optical stores - some offering good experiences and some not so much. My experience with Mosaic Optometry was one of the best ever. That goes from the helpful front office staff to the optometrists who do the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I first came to them after having an emergency eye issue and they fit me in within a day or two. I became a customer of theirs and have nothing but great things to say about them. My glasses came within a week and are great. I highly recommend Mosiac Optometry in Crown Isle.
