Excellent and friendly staff everytime I've had to go in, be it for a planned exam or to get foreign objects removed from my eyes with very little notice. I recommend FYI to everyone at work that has had issues and didn't know where to go.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Wait times are minimal. Direct billing to Insurance and great selection in eye wear. 10/7 recommend

Great service, knowledgeable staff, expansive selection of frames. Eye tests are very quick and I've never had an issue with getting my prescription updated accurately. Quality all around.

I had amazing service!! They helped me pick out glasses because i have horrible taste. And they got my kids booked in for eye exams which i didnt know kids that young should go. And the doctors were super friendly and great with the kids. You dont need glasses to see how amazing the staff is!

Check in and pre-screening was good. Place was busy and I didn’t have to wait. Each step was explained to me and didn’t leave me questioning anything. Dr Suski was very friendly explained what she was looking for as she examined my eyes. I needed new glasses and Roy was amazing. I told him what style I wanted and he was found lots for me to choose from and was honest with me about how they looked. He was fantastic with helping me choose. Made it very simple. He was very knowledgeable about my health benefits and explained to me how they would work with the exam and new glasses. If your in the market for new glasses go see Roy. He was fabulous.

The Check in staff was excellent although it took quite a long time to check in. Pre exam was great, optometrist was extremely quick and the appt felt rushed. Upon finishing I was informed we ARE NOT able to pick out our frames and may only try on what the staff pick for us to try on. Unacceptable. If I'm putting down $1000 for new glasses and sun glasses I will pick them not someone else. The store was empty and I was still not able to 'browse' to even have a peak at what is offered. This to me is poor customer service and not using common sense for the situation. Between my husband and I both getting new glasses and sun glasses $2000 walked out the door. FYI doctor need to update their protocols. It can't be a great experience for their staff when they have to keep expalaining this. Other places allow you to browse and a staff member comes with you and picks up all the glasses for you to try as they understand the importance of putting on something each day you are proud of and wanted. Not whatever someone else picked for you. Why even have all your glasses out on display if we cannot walk over and look at them?

I have been receiving eye care from F.Y.I.doctors for many years. The kindness and expertise shown to myself and my husband from every area of this business has been fabulous. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that our experience is comfortable and successful. I have been blessed with requiring a very high prescription, thus fitting me has been no easy feat. The staff know what glasses will provide me with good vision and a comfortable experience in the days ahead. They always manage to provide me with a choice of frames and much needed guidance as my vision is very limited without correction. Now that I am experiencing the cataract time of life, this staff continue to go out of their way to help me in this transition. I always leave this business with a good feeling. I went in for my eye exam and had to wait a bit which was no big deal but I almost didn’t want to sit on the chairs as they were so disgustingly dirty. I would be so embarrassed if this were my business and expected people to sit on them. I’m giving you a 3 star rating because of this and it makes me wonder how clean the testing equipment actually is…..
