This was our first home so we had a lot of questions and she gave us definitations and happy to explain all the fine print details. When last minute changes happened or we had questions she was always available to respond in a timely fashion.

Pam is beyond helpful, and she always makes the best of each situation we've been in. She's found great rates with great lenders, and she has walked us through the process patiently and promptly.
