★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional! Once you sign contract with them they do not even bother to update you regarding the status. Never picks up phone and these guys have construction business as well so they do not focus on Mortgages anymore. We have applied Mortgadge through them two weeks before date of condition, they responded last day of the contract date that it is not approved without giving any detailed explanation. Altough I referred another friend to them as well before and he was not even getting response from Alberta Mortgadge centre and then he went directly with the bank. Bank approved him in two days, this is the same bank which these guys are working with. I would suggest to go directly to bank otherwise you will be in dark until your application declines. Their representative even has no courtesy to call back. Very much disappointed with their service.

I'm a long term client of AMC and they've assisted me in purchasing every house I've owned. I keep coming back because of the excellent service and care they take in developing a relationship working with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krishna made getting a mortgage easy. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions and concerns, Krishna took the time to explain everything and make it understandable for us. We had very busy work schedules but he took the time to meet us on evenings and weekends. I highly recommend Krishna and Alberta Mortgage Centre.
