★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I went in with my husband while I was in town and Brad, the area manager would not give me pricing when I asked. He was leaning against the wall with his phone in his hand looking at it and texting and when I asked to get some pricing he would not give it to me.. He says oh it varies due to coats of paint and things.. Would not help me in any way, was very unprofessional... Asking me what I do for work, but did not seem interested in helping us or giving us information on anything so I tried through email once again. I had a lot on hold with another builder in the area but was really interested in a certain model with his company.. Again, does not respond. Finally days later I get a response, just like when I met him the response was again super vague.... When I mention that I wanted more information and as I asked him more questions so I could make my decision again he stopped responding. I have yet to receive a response from my email back to him as we speak so I am going with the other builder. This is a huge investment to me and customer service is HUGE!!! How they have someone working there that could care less about people who potentially would buy from their company is beyond me and looking at the reviews here he's done the same to others... HE needs to know what customer service is.... I don't know how he sells anything.. I will never step into Morrison again for this reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the sales person (Brad) to be very rude and abrasive. We didn't appreciate the invasive nature of his questions. We have visited Morrison showhomes in other locations and it has been great, just an awful experience at the Belmont location. We received zero information from him. He said he is a math guy but couldn't give us a single number/price. Also wasn't interested in answering our questions as soon as I mentioned we aren't in a hurry to purchase. We are certainly not interested in working with him on a home purchase and would appreciate another representative to reach out and provide information on Belmont home/lot availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended this showhome a few months ago and had a very bad experience with salesman Brad. He would not provide me pricing for the homes, even though he stated he was "great with numbers". I asked him if I could legally build a basement suite, to which he replied "oh I don't want this area turning into a slum like the North East". In my opinion, this salesman is extremely unprofessional, very arrogant, and has some sort of superiority complex. I actually really wanted to purchase a home with Morrison in that location but I decided not to merely because of the demeanor of Brad. Morrison Homes, if you're reading this, please replace Brad with someone more friendly and welcoming. Thanks.
