Shane homes built our house the way we wanted and the sales manager Erin was very professional helpful and friendly throughout the process.

I walked into your Beltmont showroom last night, right before 8PM. My brother convinced me to go look a brand new home before I sign to buy a house in Evergreen. I know I arrived late and without an appointment so I would have appreciated an offer to schedule an appointment rather than receive such bad client service. Even before entering the house I was told the price of the basic home is X, if you want to replicate what you see in the showroom is Y and if you are looking to develop a basement is much more. I guess my hoodie and jeans give the impression I can't afford your homes? I was entering the house and I hear: "please remove your shoes, the cleaners won't come until Thursday and your marks will show". So we did. The house was nice, the kitchen and living room were a bit smaller than what I would like them to be. Master bedroom closet was a win; when I am not in Jeans and a hoodie, I also like to wear my Loubutins. I came back downstairs and finally the one lady, not Erin, asked what I was looking for. I shared my vision and I was then told no developer would contract out to develop a full legal basement suite and how my neighbors might not like it. I was then told about some other areas in which I can take my business to. The whole interaction was quite unpleasant. I felt very uncomfortable to have my family there with me to see the very unprofessional interaction displayed by the Area Manager. I work in IT, I do not have time to listen to sugar coated sales pitch. I need to know in 5 minutes all the information needed for me to make a decision, so best meeting ever! However I was not at work, you were. You represent all the contractors, architects, plumbers, electricians, investors etc. and your constant derogative remarks on my desires and interest were noted. You let a potential client, already pre-approved at $585,000 on a single income (mine alone) walk away. My husband is a banker. So thank you for making it easier for me to choose to not consider your services.
