I have been with this company for 5 years, paying a monthly fee for my home and automobiles and never had a claim until a few months ago - for those of you from the Black Diamond/Turner Valley area, you will remember the huge storm that we had a few months ago where there was serious hail damage and rain done to many homes - my home was the same....my roof started leaking due to the high winds and rain - It even came into the house and wrecked our kitchen ceiling - so thinking I would be covered by my insurance that I have paid for faithfully for 5 years would help me, I called them. They sent an investigator and they basically told me they would deny it because my roof stayed intact during the storm (so because we had shingles all in tact and none missing) that the company wouldn't cover it!!! Then when they denied it and I told them what the investigator had said, they turned around and said, "well she should never have said that" Ya she shouldn't have said that because that's how true the stupid technicality that this company works at!! Then they forced me to sign a waiver saying I won't claim any more roof things until I get my roof fixed by a professional and submit pictures and receipts!!! They said if I didn't sign it, they would cut off my insurance!!!! They basically black mailed me into signing it!! If that wasn't bad enough, I was driving along and in a fluke accident, had a stone hit my sunroof and shatter while I was driving - I even got some glass on me and a few cuts on my arms and face!!! They pretended to care when I called them...but guess what...they found another minor technicality and denied that claim as well!! Said they don't cover it unless it was vandilism!! Really?!? What am I paying over $200 a month for?!?!?! I am thoroughly disappointed in this company - I used to promote them but now I will spread the word that this is a horrible company that doesn't care about you, only about your monthly payments!!! Now I will be spreading the word about how horrible they are!!! Don't ever ever sign up with this company!!!

No Customer service at all . I have been calling to make payment for my motorcycle everyday and waiting time passed 45 munites. and when I called on weekend when I supposedly would have more time to wait on the phone, they are not working on weekends. what type of customer servise is this?

Their prices aren't worth the lack of customer support. I have been a customer for YEARS and have been trying to contact them to update my policy since July 9. Local numbers, toll free numbers, any email that I can find. I have spent 30 minutes a day on hold for weeks and have heard nothing. What would happen in the event of an emergency?

I have been with Morgex Insurance since i was 16 years old. You would think that after 6 years of making nothing but money from me that they would appreciate me as a customer seeing as I NEVER MADE 1 CLAIM. On December 27th a driver ran a stop sign and hit my car writing it off and hurting me in the process. Morgex refuses to help me with anything at all simply because I don't carry collision on my vehicle. Apparantly with them if you're not one of their top paying clients they truly do not care about you. If you want to be looked over, ignored and treated like dirt then do yourself a favor and sign up with your local Morgex agent! Cheers

Horrible company. Bad customer service. people who answer phone don’t know anything... you are put on hold constantly while they talk to β€œthe insurance company” ... scum bags cancelled my home insurance because I had a home office!!!! No clients EVER came to the home. Just file and supplies storage.

Despicable company. My father died and as a result they cancelled his home insurance. This meant that I have had to scramble to gather all of the necessary information to get quotes from other insurance companies. This is especially difficult during a time when I am mourning the loss of my father. They only care about money and nothing else. They do not care about you and will not be there when you need them. Take your business somewhere else.

I hit a deer this morning while driving to work. As a result, I took the day off work to get my affairs in order so that I can arrange transportation by means of a rental car for tomorrow, submit my claim, police report, etc. I have been on the phone with Morgex for 5 hours now and had circling conversations with various people who have all told me "they don't handle that" and directed me to a phone number which is never answered it appears. I have waited on hold for over 2 hours at a time, before stopping and trying other avenues. There is no one on the other end of the line. This customer service is deplorable and this company is liable to treat customers fairly and resolve claims in a timely manner. Run fast and don't give them any of your business.

Not a reputable insurance company. Without going into personal details, I was able to get a much more reasonable quote from a different insurance company (they quoted be for more than double the price that I can get elsewhere). Their customer service is extremely inconsistent. Their sales specialist are not trained or experienced. Every time I call I get conflicting information and they aren't able to give me a straight answer. I don't trust this company and I will never give them my business again. Shop around and don't be fooled by their discounts. EDIT: When I called to purchase new policy via a direct line to the agent that sent me the quote, I got no response. I called them multiple times throughout the day and it went to voicemail. I called the general line and I was forwarded to this agent but there was no response again. I still have not received any contact from this agent in over a week.
