β β β β β The worst service ever I had, I canβt reach them on the phone ! They charged me for my Uber vehicle while it was at a body shop due to an accident last June , 2021 , so I called the broker and emailed them many times to stop its insurance . Iβve never used it since the accident but they continue taking monthly payments from my account ! The broker canβt solve my problem , I called Aviva insurance company many times but got a message says (( call your broker )) !!!!! They must have customers service to answer the people .calls .

β β β β β We got accident in June 2021.That was four cars collusion .Our car was 3rd from the back. Very last car hit the car behind us, car behind us hit our car and our car was pushed to hit the car in front of us..Last car driver came out saying sorry itβs my fault. Aviva kept deductible saying investigation is being done to check who was at fault..After eight months they emailed saying itβs totally our faultβ¦I donβt understand how they concluded this because our car was third from the back in four cars hitting each other..worst insurance ?

β β β β β Trying to get through to RBC Aviva Insurance. Buying a new vehicle. Won't take my account number to sign in online, and they want me to wait 2 to 4 hours to talk to a human. Been with them over 20 years and will be canceling my account.

β β β β β I have been with Aviva for almost 12 years and had some ups and downs with them but overall they were very professional and reasonable. Changes were made to my policy which I wasnβt aware of or tossed it aside without reading. They are actually a really good company and I highly recommend them.

β β β β β I really do not recommend this insurance company we got hail damage on our trailer we faut with them for 13 months to get paid they send there appraiser they estimates the damage at 5800$ we when to 3 certified RV dealer ship they all estimated the damage between 16,000$ to 21,000$ damage after presenting all our quote to aviva they refused paying and only agree to 5800$ we tried as much as we could even call laser nothing to do so we had to pay almost 15,000$ out of our pocket. Everyone else in the Neigbor hood had a different insurance company and there roof was cover even my next door neighbor that was park 10 meter away from my RV plus we had the biggest coverage and paid total premium absolutely stay away from this company or expect to pay the damage out of your own pocket

This insurance company is not one that I would suggest to anyone at all.
Yes, they are low-cost, They will supply you with poor customer service.
If you trying to contact the Manger heβs the same.
No one will help you when you are stuck in claim.
Anyone who is reading this review Don't go with insurance companies; I can supply you with profF.
I have all the proof and yes I am taking them to court.

β β β β β New claims adjuster (and appraisal staff) was able to work on my reimbursement for two short months, after replacing the former adjuster who didn't act on my claims for four months despite my dash cam video that showed the other party being at fault for the damage to my car. Thank you, Sarah and Jan for the job well done.

β β β β β I would give negative 100 stars if I could. Wish I had read reviews before doing business with this company. Just know that the only contact you will have with them is when they debit your account every month; it is impossible to reach them on phone when you need help. Got a new job and my new employer needed me to submit a claims history letter as itβs part of the company policy and a condition for employment. Called everyday for about a week, I would get an agent after being on hold for about 4 hours, and then they would claim that they are not the right person to help me with the said letter, they would put me back on the call que, only for me to wait for another couple of hours for another agent who would then claim that I have been transferred to the wrong department and put me on the hold line again. This went on for about 5 days . Even had to take a day off work just to call them to see if I will finally get someone to help me . Needless to say I lost the job to the back-up candidate, after the new employer waited for me for a full week and I still couldnβt get a claims history letter from this company. I have been with this insurer for over a year, never had a claim before, never had any reason to call them until now. Forget any positive reviews you see on here, wonβt be surprised if they are all fake. Proceed with them at your own peril.
