My experience with Avenue living is nothing short of wonderful. The staff are careing , compassionate , and fun. The Maintenance staff are wonderful, and very respectful coming into your suite. I have the utmost respect for Tammy, Office manager. She is compassinate and super caring. My experience living here has been great.I would recommend Avenue Living to everyone and anyone looking for a lovely apartment and nice niebours. Highly Recomend Avenue Living as a place to call home.

I would have given a zero star for this place if I could, but it is not an option. The Landlord at Lynbrook & I have emailed for 2 weeks regarding a 5 bedroom unit. I currently have 3 & I thought that it would be a nice opportunity for my kids to have their own rooms. Not to mention the rent is the same as what I pay now. (I am a single mom of 4 & currently live in Calgary, 700kms away!) Needless to say, I booked an in person viewing via email on the 17th of June for the 20th. I explained clearly that I would be driving out & had booked a hotel. The landlord sent multiple confirmations.For reference, the most recent confirmation of our viewing came at 4am from the landlord... Anyhow, my kids & I woke up at 5am and we were on the road by 7am & drove all day. At 1:21, the landlord texted me to cancel the viewing, saying that the unit is rented... absolutely NO regard for my time, my money,or the fact that my children and I are now doing a 1400 km round trip for nothing. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism. When you have someone driving this extent for a viewing, they are obviously a serious prospective tenant. Not to mention amidst a pandemic,with children. If this is the nature of interaction that happens between the landlord and a prospective tenant I can only imagine what it would have been heaven forbid I had signed a lease. In an attempt to be optomistic I likely dodged a bullet. That being said it has left a terrible impression, and for that reason I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever. Unbelievable.

Twyla Racine was the leading and relations specialist who showed me the apartment. As well she informed me of all details to the rental contract. I found her to be pleasant, professional and friendly. A very nice lady. New to Saskatchewan I believe I made a good choice in renting through Avenue living. Being a senior I appreciate that the deposit was within my budget and made the transition to an apartment so affordable. This is a bonus not available to many. Our avenue living sales rep has gone above and beyond , she is down right amazing to make our experience as wonderful as possible. I have recommended avenue living to a lot of friends and family for the amazing experience. But as that sounds great the only problem I have is Inconsiderate neighbours but the great weighs out the bad.

I would not suggest the Woodlilly apartment location to any family with small children. This building is NOT family friendly at all. We have been here since June of THIS year, and have been served with an eviction notice due to the downstairs neighbor complaining about my children being loud. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old, who possibly has ADHD/Asperger's (he's currently being assessed). Two weeks after we moved in this neighbor complained that we were moving furniture around, and the two other complaints were about my children being loud. My children are quiet during the listed quiet times of 10pm-8am stated in our lease. They also aren't extremely loud outside of those times. They literally just play, and run back and forth while playing (there's only so much they can do in an apartment), and my oldest has meltdowns when things don't go right in the routine that he has throughout the day. I have been in contact with rentalsman and we are in the right, as we have not broken our lease. The downstairs neighbor works nights, and has apparently had to go to therapy over this situation. The building has taken his side from the very beginning. I am NOT impressed with how they have handled this situation at all. They offered for us to move to a basement suit, but with how they have dealt with this whole thing, we no longer feel comfortable here. Luckily we have found a new place, 2 weeks before our eviction. I would also like to say a special thank you to Jeremy, our downstairs neighbor, for all the unnecessary stress and financial strain he has caused us. Thanks to you, we can no longer afford Christmas for our children this year, as everything we had saved now has to be used to move.
