The only reason I will walk back into this store is to return the item purchased.... There were 4 employees on at the time I walked in,2 were helping other customers and the other 2 ignored me, when I did ask for help I was spoken to extremely rudely. I am a female I was looking for a shirt and tie for my husband, for his fathers funeral. The day of his funeral I mentioned my experience to my mother in law and my nephew and could you believe they also had the same service.
I will be sure to share this with as many people as I can...
PS I went to Sears and the woman working was amazing she helped me find the perfect shirt and tie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of their return policy. "returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management's sole discretion". I purchased a jacket and a button fell off 4 days later and the store manager deemed me SOL since the jacket was worn. Poor quality jacket since i've never had a rivoted button break on a jacket before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felicity helped me with my suit and found a bunch clothes on clearance… but I forgot the 2 pairs of shoes at the counter when I left at store closing! I’ll be back when the store opens but hoping it all works out.
Edit: the staff had everything out away and remembered me from the night before! Great service, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped by to pick up an off the rack dark suit as Covid Calouries have made the others a bit snug, if you know what I mean. The staff member found a jacket and pants that fit after measuring me, however they were two different makes and the blacks didn't match.
I opted for a "made to measure" instead which was the best choice, I discovered. Only a few more measurements were needed then I selected options of pockets, cut, trim colors, lapels sleeve length and linings from an iPad. Also there was a sale on and the 15% discount was applied!
The suit was made in Canada and arrived two weeks earlier than promised, in 4 weeks. After fitting , which was perfect, and getting measured for the pants to be hemmed, I was able to pick up my suit the next day. It could have been ready the same day but i opted to wait.
I was also able to purchase french cuff dress shirts, which allow my wearing my cufflink collection.
I'm well over 6 feet 2 and am now 300 lbs, and Moores was able to clothe me perfectly. I am very pleased with the service provided by the friendly and professional staff and highly recommend them, hence the 5 star rating. By the way, the purchase is a traditional tuxedo that is required for the coming years, and it is a beautiful work of craftsmanship.
The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. As it was a new process to her, the assistant manager gave some guidance in the ordering, and resulted in a very happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope I can give 0 star. Very bad experience in this store. One of the customer service lady there was awful, rude and racialism. No quality control after tailoring. She cannot find the order, doesn't listen to customer patiently. Ignore customer in store who need service but try calling clients instead. If you are someone who are not Canadian, please think twice before you go into this store. That lady is just similar as the drive test center lady who is racist.
