★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE THESE MUFFINS. I’ve loved these since I first had them at Kinsmen rec centre and was so excited to find them online again. They’re delicious, moist and full of protein. I love them as a pre or post workout snack!!

I have been a huge fan of these delicious muffins for the past 10+ years! They are the perfect start to my morning, or as a post-workout snack since they are packed with so much protein goodness. I enjoy all the flavours, but the double chocolate and blueberry ones are my absolute favourite! Do yourself a favour, and get yourself hooked on these healthy but super tasty muffins!

Though i live in the united states and my cousin in law introduced me to these mixes i will definitely purchase them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m normally not a fan of protein baked goods, but these muffins taste way better than anything I’ve ever tried. They don’t have a protein powder like taste at all and I also love that they rotate their flavours frequently. They’re also a generous portion size. Shipping is quick, as well as local drop-off. If you want to make your own, the muffin mix is a great alternative as well. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super excited to try these when I saw it at Safeway. Bought the Gingerbread muffin mix, and baked some immediately. Followed recipe to a tee, unfortunately they still turned out watery (after baking for 30 mins). All I could taste was apple sauce. Very disappointing.
