Bake My Day - Beaumont

For custom orders, we only accept emails. This is so we can reference back for details, and to ensure no orders are missed.

While we always do our very best to accommodate all orders, it is recommended that you give at least 2 weeks to secure your order. If the design is simple we can usually accommodate with a weeks notice.

If you would like to pick up your order the day before, notice must be given at the time of booking.

Any changes to an order must be made 1 week (7days) prior to pick up.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon ordering for all orders over $50.00. All orders under 50.00 must be paid in full. Spot is not booked until deposit is received.

Cakes must be stored in a refrigerator if not being consumed immediately but taken out 2-3 hours prior to serving.

Delivery outside of Beaumont is at a rate of $1.00/km charged both ways.

Bake my Day is not responsible for any damages or held liable after pick up or delivery drop off.

​Consultations are by appointment only and are at a cost of 40.00. You will receive 6 cupcakes to take home and sample. If you walk in without an appointment we will not be able to see you. Our cake decorators are very busy working on orders!

Please be advised, although we cater to dietary needs, allergies cannot be a 100% guaranteed but precautions will be taken if notified (we are not a nut free facility)

Although we can certainly create your cake without fondant, we strongly recommend that you do order a fondant cake as it helps to protect the cake as well as keep it fresh. 

​Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. The mediums we work with can sometimes alter the colors as they sit.

Please be aware that your cake may have toothpicks, wire, dowels, foil and other non edible items to support the structure of your cake.

While we love to receive pictures of any ideas you may have, please be aware that cakes will not be exactly replicated. We love to create a special one-of-a-kind cake just for you!

​If you have a concern with the design of the cake you must let us know at the time of pick up. If there is an issue with the flavor of the cake, notice must be given within 48 hours of cutting the cake. We strive to ensure that you have the best experience possible at Bake My Day and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We will happily fix any error to ensure you are satisfied.
