★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Here is what you need to know. Order early as it takes about a week or more for delivery. But once you purchase, the delivery day and time slot are included, so no surprises. Also, they call a few minutes before, which is really cool, too, 'cause I live in a building. And they are friendly, which is another bonus. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Last thing, you get a 10$ bonus for first order, another bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's close by which is great. First thing I notice is the staff weren't very attentive, no one greeted me as I went up and down the aisles looking for a product. Perhaps I'm spoiled from the great customer service at Global Pets. Eventually I found what I was looking for and wasn't impressed by the range of products available so I had a limited choice. The cat's haven't complained about the food so that's good, but I might stick to going the extra distance to Global just for the informative staff and more engaging experience with a larger range in products.
